a new flavour of comedy in its bouquet of offerings, COLORS’ light-hearted
sitcom Bhaag Bakool Bhaag has
left the audiences roaring with laughter. The show highlights Bakool’s (Jay Soni) many dilemmas
as he juggles his time between his two wives Jigna (Shruti Rawat) and Sheena (Hiba Nawab). While both of them
have drastically different personalities, with Jigna being extremely traditional and Sheena having a modern outlook
towards life, it is this disparity which often puts Bakool in catch-22 situations
that make for many laughter-inducing moments.
Hoping
to win the hearts of their fans and speak about the story forward, Bhaag Bakool
Bhaag’s lead
actors Jay Soni, Hiba Nawab and
Shruti Rawat visited
Chandigarh today. Whilst in the city, the actors got an opportunity to experience
the rich culture that Chandigarh is famous for and tuck into some of its
delicious food offerings. Produced

his visit to Chandigarh said that “Bakool’s confusions and difficulties as
he juggles two wives form a hilarious paradox that entertains viewers and keepsthem guessing about how he will tackle
situations. The show has given him an opportunity to explore his funny side,
following on the footsteps of comic veteran Govinda.Being in Chandigarh has been a wonderful experience
for all of us, and he is looking forward to visiting the Eiffel Tower replica
at Leisure Valley with his on-screen wives.
Speaking about her character Sheena, Hiba Nawab said, that she is a complete foodie, and since
Chandigarh is the ultimate food haven, she is hoping to get an opportunity to
taste all the yummy food that city is famous for. Her character in Bhaag Bakool
Bhaag, Sheena, is a very strong personality who is madly in love with her
husband, Bakool. Her love for him makes her unsuspecting of his parallel life
as she tries, every day, to impress Bakool and his mother and be the perfect
wife.
Commenting on essaying Jigna, Shruti Rawat said that Jigna is very vulnerable and always manages to
turn the guilt, of mishaps in Bakool’s life, on herself. Not knowing about his
dual lives, Jigna continues to be a devoted wife adding a strong element of
comedy through her goofy persona. Visiting Chandigarh is always a pleasure;
since she has been brought up in Chandigarh and has lived here for 18 years.
She absolutely love the city’s vibe. Today, she is especially looking forward
to interacting with her fans and sharing our experiences with them.
In the recent weeks viewers have seen
Sheena and Jigna continue their attempts to win Bakool’s heart. Jigna comes
across a boy named Bhootnath who requests her to pose as his mother and meet
his principal. Her mother-in-law Kokila (Purvi Vyas) convinces her to
participate in the ruse and further has Bakool pose as Bhootnath’s father. On
the other hand, Sheena scares Bakool by announcing her pregnancy. In upcoming
episodes, it will be revealed that Sheena’s pregnancy is a planned hoax to
bring Bakool and Sheena closer. Khatron Ke Khiladi contestant Nia Sharma will
come visiting her friend Sheena and give her tips on wooing Bakool. On
the other hand, Sheena will cast Ravi Dubey in an advertisement. Bakool's
childhood friend, Ravi soon learns about Bakool's two marriages. Will Ravi
reveal Bakool's secret? How will Bakool salvage the situation this time?
