ट्रैफिक रूल्स एंड रेगुलेशन अवेयरनेस ड्राइव: ऑटो, टैक्सी व बस चालकों को किया जागरूक

Chandigarh Jan. 29, 2021:- चंडीगढ़ ट्रैफिक पुलिस द्वारा चलाए जा रहे यातायात सड़क सुरक्षा जागरूकता ड्राइव के अंतर्गत आज बस, टैक्सी और ऑटो रिक्शा चालकों को सड़क सुरक्षा नियमों के प्रति जागरूक करवाया गया।ट्रिब्यून चौक पर आयोजित जागरूकता अभियान चंडीगढ़ ट्रैफिक पुलिस और ओंकार चैरिटेबल फाउंडेशन के आपसी सहयोग से चलाया गया। यह जागरूकता अभियान डी एस पी ट्रैफिक हरजीत की सुपरविजन में आयोजित किया गया था।इसमे डॉन बोस्को नवजीवन सोसाइटी के बच्चों ने भी सहयोग दिया और एक लघु नाटिका के माध्यम से चालकों को न केवल यातायात नियमों के प्रति जागरूक किया गया, बल्कि इंसानी जिंदगी कितनी कीमती है, इससे भी अवगत करवाया गया।इस मौके बस, टैक्सी और ऑटो रिक्शा चालकों को सड़क सुरक्षा नियमों से सम्बंधित पूर्ण विवरण हेतु ट्रैफिक पुलिस द्वारा प्रिंटेड मटेरियल भी बांटा गया। बस टैक्सी और ऑटो रिक्शा चालकों को ट्रेफिक्स लाइट्स, ज़ेबरा लाइट्स और लेन सिस्टम सहित अन्य सड़क नियमो के बारे में भी जानकारी दी गई।

वहीं इस मौके डी एस पी ट्रैफिक हरजीत कौर, ओंकार चैरिटेबल फाउंडेशन के चेयरमैन रविंदर सिंह बिल्ला सहित डॉन बोस्को नवजीवन सोसाइटी के बच्चों और उपस्थित अन्य सभी  ने सड़क सुरक्षा नियमो का भली भांति पालन करने और लोगों से भी बखूबी पालन करवाने की भी प्रतिज्ञा ली।

62 Senior Citizens Screened in Health Camp

Chandigarh Jan. 29, 2021:- As many as 62 senior citizens were screened during a multi-speciality health check-up camp at Max Hospital, Mohali. In the camp, doctors from orthopaedics, urology and internal medicine provided free consultations to the senior citizens.

During the occasion, a health talk on ‘ageing and medical science’ was also organised where Dr. Sachin Pandove, associate director, internal medicine gave tips on how to keep fit in old age.

He said that getting older is a natural life process. One need to  stay socially involved, start an active routine, try cardio-based activities, avoid injuries, eat a healthy and well-balanced diet and relax more.

During the occasion, Max Hospital also launched a 24x7 helpline 9872715522 for assistance of senior citizens in need of medical help.

Vivan Singh Gill, VP operations said that the helpline would help to avoid the inconvenience of long queues for complete medical requirements. Moreover Covid-19 induced precautionary measures have left the senior citizens bound indoors and hence they are facing many psychological issues. We will also be providing free home delivery of medicines, sample collections from home, and ambulance rescue calls, thereby catering to a range of their needs.

When we were shooting for Firangi in Punjab, he told him how much he loved watching Wagle Ki Duniya and he gave me so much of respect on the sets as well. When we went on sets of The Kapil Sharma Show with the whole Wagle Family and the makers, it felt awesome and the episode was excellent.
