Mayuri to Exit Chidiyaghar House

By Tricitynews Reporter
Chandigarh 23rd March:– In the upcoming episodes we will see Gomukh being proud and arrogant on account of winning a state level prize for his teaching skills.
He starts behaving very rudely with all the Chidiyaghar family members. In one instance, he even shouts at Mayuri for embarrassing him by dancing in front of the guests. In reply, Mayuri points out that she always danced in the same manner and Gomukh never seemed to have any issue in the past. But Gomukh says, since he has received a state level prize, Mayuri's dancing style doesn’t suit his level.
Gomukh goes on further with his negative attitude by refusing to take Mayuri to a party by saying that she is not of his standard. Babuji overhears the conversation and scolds Gomukh for his behavior. Gomukh arrogantly asks Babuji to choose between him and Mayuri. Babuji tells Gomukh that even he got prize but he never had any attitude like him. But Gomukh replies saying that the prize he has received is of state level which is big whereas the award which Babuji received was only for Chidiyaghar mohalla. Mayuri gets humiliated and angry and leaves the Chidiyaghar house.
Everyone is shocked to see Gomukh’s attitude towards the family members.
Will Gomukh realize his mistake? Will he bring Mayuri back to Chidiyaghar?
Commenting on the track,  Sumit Arora who plays Gomukh said that Gomukh with his ego and attitude does not realize that he is hurting the feelings and sentiments of his loved ones. He even goes to the extent of hurting Babuji. It will be interesting to see if he realizes his mistake on time or whether he will continue to throw attitude and hurt others.

By Tricitynews Reporter
Chandigarh 23rd March:– In the course of development from a developing country to an industrialized society, adaptation to westernized life style is making India’s population more vulnerable to suffer from low back pain (LBP).
LBP arises when the muscles of the lumbar region are under fatigue as this is the region where most twisting, turning or bending occurs. Majorly, the interplay of individual characteristics, working conditions such as heavy physical work, awkward static and dynamic working postures, as well as manual handling and lifting and lifestyle factors contribute to 85-90% cases of LBP. LBP has unfavorable consequences in terms of pain and disability for the individual worker and also the family.
LBP can be relieved through simple measures. Mostly, these are ignored because of pill fixation among people. In majority of the cases, as is evident from studies around the world, simple exercises, on-site ergonomic modification measures along with lifestyle changes can alleviate low back pain.
