Jagmeet Brar Joins Sikh Sangat Dharna at Jalandhar

By Tricitynews Reporter
Chandigarh 26th September:- After attending the Agrasen Jayanti celebration organized by the Aggarwal community in Jalandhar with Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, Jagmeet Singh Brar joined the Dharna being staged by local Sikh community members in Kapurthala Chowk. This Dharna is being led by religious and community leaders in protest against the desecration of Sri Guru Granth Sahib in Jalandhar yesterday when torn pages were recovered from a local canal near Sher Singh Colony.
Jagmeet Brar was joined by many religious & community leaders in the Dharna, and in an emotionally charged speech he said that these repeated incidents of beadbi are being carried out in a planned manner to divide and polarize voters before the 2017 elections – the ruling Akalis are orchestrating these incidents as a last hope of trying to polarize voters in the name of religion. He added that this government has failed to even identify the culprits of Bargaadi and Behbal Kalan and their reports say “unidentified persons” today again their report says the same thing .. the people of Punjab have identified the culprits – the Akali Govt is the culprit, the Reta/Bajri Mafia is the culprit, the Drug Mafia is the culprit – they are doing this because this is the last dirty trick they have now .
In an appeal to those present he said that they will come to you now and say Panth Nu Vote Pao–Panth Nu Khatra Hai. Do not be fooled by them, Yes our Panth is in danger and it needs to be saved, but it is in danger from these Akalis and their politics of religion and division. Do not let them divide you, Do not let them use your emotion and love for our Gurus – we must rise together and remove these Akhouti Pakhandi Panth De Thekedaar and take back Punjab and Sikhism from these criminals.
He lashed out at the deliberate & planned failure of the police under Sukhbir Singh Badal and said that if Sukhbir’s bus kills someone, they can’t find the driver, if Sukhbir’s gundas hit someone they can’t find that person, when our Guru is attacked they can’t find the culprit, when saints are attacked they can’t find the killers, but when people take out their anger on Sukhbir’s bus the police arrests whole families  in hours.
