Connect Net Champs Edition 2: Intra-School Competition Staged at The British School Mohali

Chandigarh 22nd May:- Edition 2 of Connect Net Champs - a program that addresses Internet Security among school students – kicked off its 5th session on Cyber Security at The British School today. The session included a thrilling Quiz contest for students. Two candidates were shortlisted for the next round.
In an interactive session with the expert, children at The British School Mohali learnt various nuances of the internet world. Topics of discussion included the potential risks related to internet and how to avoid these, exposure to inappropriate material, harassment and bullying, physical molestation, legal and financial, viruses and hackers. Additionally, important guidelines were imparted on how children can avoid online risks, rules for online safety, and how to be a smart internet user.
Talking about the Program and its takeaways, Arvind Bali, CEO, Connect Broadband & Videocon Wallcam, said that Net Champs is a program that will make children well aware of the Internet and Technology. We feel Cyber security is a shared responsibility that every individual should embrace in their communities to keep the Nation and future generation secure. Campaign ‘Net Champs’ is designed to educate and empower the students, parents and teachers to take steps to protect themselves and their families online. This year we look forward to covering 200+ schools.
The campaign entails associations with schools across Punjab to educate the students about cyber security engaging Parents and Teachers to acknowledge and commit to the shared responsibility of securing cyberspace. The program consists of a series of seminars targeted for students, teachers and parents followed by thrilling Quizzes for students that will also shortlist candidates for the next rounds. The 2018 Edition of Net Champs is powered by F- Secure, a well-known Finland based cyber security solution provider as its security partner. The event is structured in three tiers including school rounds, city round and the Grand finale. The Chandigarh and Punjab-wide Mega Contest this year will hunt for the Net Champ 2. In each round there will be exciting gifts to be won.

133rd Office of Jai Hind Manch Inaugurated at Amrawati Enclave

Panchkula 22nd May:- The 133th office of Jai Hind Manch (JHM), a non-political forum, was inaugurated by Suresh Sharma, founder and national president of JHM, at house number 28 in Amravati Enclave, on Panchkula-Pinjore Road today. The place belongs to Babita Talwar, a social worker.
Prominent social worker Babita Talwar honored 20 local social workers, including Anil Kumar, Satish Kumar, Mohinder Sharma, Naresh Bhardwaj and Gyan Chand Dhiman. All are from Panchkula region and engaged in various social welfare projects.
Highlighting the importance of social work, Babita Talwar said that all these people have been playing an important role in reinstating the declining social values. More and more people should come forward for social service.

JM Financial Credit Solutions Limited NCD Issue to Open on May 28

Chandigarh 22nd May:- JM Financial Credit Solutions Limited (the “Company”), the NBFC arm of the JM Financial Group providing integrated financial solutions to real estate developers, proposes to open on May 28, 2018, a public issue of secured, rated, listed redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs. 1,000 each (“Secured NCDs”) with a Base Issue size of Rs. 300 crore with an option to retain oversubscription up to Rs. 450 crore aggregating up to Rs. 750 crore (“Tranche I Issue”), which is within the Shelf Limit of Rs. 2,000 crore. 
The Issue is scheduled to close on June 20, 2018 with an option of early closure or extension as decided by the Board of Directors of the Company (“Board”) or the NCD Public Issue Committee.
Ratings by ICRA & India Ratings indicate ‘High degree of safety’
The Secured NCDs proposed to be issued under the Tranche I Issue have been rated [ICRA] AA/Stable by ICRA for an amount of up to Rs. 2,000 crore vide its letter dated April 27, 2018 and further reaffirmed by letter dated May 11, 2018, and have been rated IND AA/Stable by India Ratings for an amount Rs. 2,000 crore vide its letter dated April 27, 2018 which has been superseded by letter dated May 10, 2018. The rating of the Secured NCDs by ICRA and India Ratings indicates high degree of safety regarding timely servicing of financial obligations.

CRISIL Research anticipates wholesale financing by NBFCs to grow at 23% to 26% CAGR over the next two years to 2.0 trillion by Fiscal 2019. Over the next five years, CRISIL expects NBFCs assets to grow by 20% to 25% CAGR from Fiscal 2017 to Fiscal 2022 due to increasing need for funds post implementation of Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (“RERA”).
The minimum application amount is Rs.10,000 collectively across all options on NCDs and in multiples of One (1) NCD of face value of Rs. 1000 each after the minimum application. Allotment is on a first-come-first-serve basis (except on the date of oversubscription, if any, when all the investors applying on the said date will get allotment on a proportionate basis). Investors have to apply for NCDs only in dematerialized form.

Chandigarh 22nd May:- समाज के प्रति अपनी जिम्मेदारी को देखते हुए एशियाड जैमिनी सर्कस प्रबंधन की ओर से दिव्यांग बच्चों के लिए आज एक स्पेशल शो का आयोजन किया गया। शो दिव्यांग बच्चों के लिए सुबह साढ़े 9से साढ़े 11 बजे तक आयोजित किया गया। शो के दौरान बच्चों ने सर्कस के कलाकारों की हरेक प्रस्तुति का खूब लुत्फ उठाया। जोकर की एंट्री और अपनी अदाकारी से दर्शकों को हंसाने और गुदगुदाने की पेशकश पर तो बच्चों का हाल देखते ही बनता था। जोकरों की प्रस्तुति पर तो बच्चे ठहाके मार मार कर हंसते दिखाई दिए। शो के दौरान बच्चों ने सर्कस के कलाकारों से भी मुलाकात की। प्रबंधन की ओर से बच्चों के लिए रिफ्रेशमेंट की भी व्यवस्था की गयी थी।
सर्कस के मैनेजर अलंकेश्वर भास्कर और सुनील गोयल ने बताया कि दिव्यांग बच्चो के लिए आज एक स्पेशल शो का आयोजन किया गया था। जिसमे विभिन्न स्कूलों के बच्चे आये हुए थे। बच्चो द्वारा सर्कस को एन्जॉय करते देख अच्छा लगा।
