Chandigarh 16th Dec:- JD Institute of Fashion Technology, a
pioneer in the field of design education for the past 30 years, held its 29th convocation
ceremony for the graduating batch of 2019 at Indian Islamic Cultural Center,
New Delhi. More than 300 students received their accolades at the ceremony.
The ceremony celebrated the
achievements of the graduating batch of students, 80 per cent of whom have been successfully placed with
some of the top fashion and retail brands in India. The event concluded with a
panel discussion on ‘Career Growth’ where industry experts like BK
Tanuja (President, IIID), Gaurav Jai Gupta (Fashion Designer), Priya Rana and Akshra
Dalal, Director, JD Institute of Fashion Technology, discussed entrepreneurial
structure and ways to contribute to the professional growth of students.
Speaking on the
event, Rupal
Dalal, Executive Director, JD Institute of Fashion Technology, said that
her heartiest congratulations to all our graduating students. They made us
proud at prestigious national and international platforms, and we wish them the
best for their future endeavours.
