Chandigarh
19th November:- Chandigarh Police arrested a lady
resident of Sector-25, Chandigarh from Sector-25, Chandigarh and recovered 26
injections i.e. 13 injections of PHENIRAMINE MOLEATE and 13 injections
BUPRENORPHINE (drugs) from her possession. A Case FIR No. 211, U/S 22
NDPS Act has been registered in PS-11, Chandigarh. Investigation of the
case is in progress.
In
another case, Chandigarh Police arrested Dilsher
Singh R/o # 1412, Sector 45, Chandigarh, near BTC, Village-Dariya, Chandigarh,
while consuming liquor at public place. A Case FIR No. 286, U/S 68-1-14 Excise
Act has been registered at PS-I/A, Chandigarh. Accused later on bailed out.
Investigation of the case is in progress.
