CMMI Observe National Maritime Day

Chandigarh 06^th April:- The Company of Mater Mariners of India (CMMI) Chandigarh Chapter along with other seafarers of tricity observed the National Maritime Day here today.

Capt K.J. Sujlana, Chairman of CMMI presented the pin to the Advisor to the Administrator UT Chandigarh Parimal Rai, whle chapter’s Vice Chairman Capt M.S. Judge presented it to the UT Home Secretary Anurag Aggarwal.

Earlier in the day the CMMI members along with ex-seafarers and the families, paid homage to those seafarers who lost their lives at sea at the War Memorial in the morning, while the UT Police Buglers played the ‘Last Post’.
