August:- Dr Sarvdeep Singh Dhatt, Associate Professor of
Orthopaedics, PGI was honoured for his contribution to Spine Surgery at the
23rd International Meeting on Advanced Spine Techniques 2016 (IMAST) held in
Washington DC USA by the Scoliosis Research Society (SRS). This society is
a premier body which looks into research and education in the field of spinal
deformities. He received the Global Outreach Program Educational
scholarship for the year 2016 and also the 2016 Global Medical Fellow award to
do an Advanced Spine Fellowship at the University of Copenhagen, Denmark.
