sought after lyricist in the country. We all know about the magic he creates
with words. From small budget movies to star glazed blockbusters, versatile
lyricist Amitabh Bhattacharya has been constantly crafting foot-tapping and
soul touching numbers, which resonate with listeners of all ages, especially
the youth. And now the master wordsmith
is all armed to tap into a new set of audience – KIDS. Amitabh Bhattacharya has
penned downed the brand song of Sony Pictures Networks’ latest kids
entertainment channel ‘Sony YAY!.
Titled
‘YAY Philosophy’, the song takes us through the philosophy that kids live by,
basically have FUN & MASTI, and is picturized in a most fun manner,
featuring the channel’s brand ambassador Tiger Shroff. The lyricist, who is
known to write lyrics that mirror how youth converse in their day to day lives,
has, for Sony YAY!, created a brand song which resonates the thoughts of
channel’s primary audience i.e. kids. The
lyrics are catchy and can definitely get anyone from any age group to sing
along. Apart from this, it encourages children to be who they are.
Commenting
on association with Sony YAY!, Amitabh said that it's very rare
that you come across a project that's true to its nature and its audience. Sony
YAY! Ticks both these boxes. When this came his way, he instantly knew it’s
going to be a lot of fun and what he wanted to do with it. YAY! Philosophy
stands for letting children are who they are and that's exactly what we've
tried to bring out with this song.
