A&A Advisors and Naughty Men Productions Ready for Their Upcoming Punjabi Movie “Vadhayiyaan ji Vadhayiyaan”

Chandigarh 13th July:- After being global, the Punjabi Film Industry is proceeding with films which carry a different zone, a different track, lot of comedy movies with beautiful punches and jokes which actually tickle your stomach and of course the films which carry a message which is a good sign for the rise of the Punjabi Cinema. And under the series of comic films and after the grand and huge success of “Laavaan Phere and Carry On Jatta2”, Director Smeep Kang is all set to give its audience another comic flick, “Vadhayiyaan ji Vadhayiyaan” which is made under the banner of A&A Advisors and Binnu Dhillon’s Home Production, Naughty Men Productions. The star cast of the film includes Binnu Dhillon, Gurpreet Ghuggi, Jaswinder Bhalla, BN Sharma, Karamjit Anmol and Kavita Kaushik. The story and screenplay of the film has been written by Vaibhav Suman and Shreya Srivastava, the dialogues have been written by Rakesh Dhawan. Our well-known film distributor Munish Sahni of Omjee Group has taken the charge of guiding and distributing this project worldwide.
The team was in city to promote the film. Versatile, seasoned actor, who is also the Producer of the film, Binnu Dhillon along with other Producers Ashok Bhalla , Amit Bhalla and Atul Bhalla, with other senior actors, Gurpreet Ghuggi and Jaswinder Bhalla and the Director Smeep Kang, interacted with the media on this occasion and shared few things about the film.
Smeep Kang, the Director, said that they can’t reveal much about the story of the film at this moment but this film is going to be a mixture of entertaining punches and jokes which is going to be really hilarious. He further added that he believes that film making is the greatest art and there is an unlimited scope of experiment and innovation for which he is always ready.
The Producer and the actor, Binnu Dhillon, said that he is happy to make the second film under his home production and about the movie as the name says, “Vadhayiyaan ji Vadhayiyaan”, he is sure that like his previous films, this one will also entertain you to the fullest.
The lead actress, Kavita Kaushik also added that she is quite happy to be a part of the Punjabi Film Industry as this is her third Punjabi Film.  She is very enthusiastic to work with Binnu Dhillon once again as she is quite sure that this film will also do too good as her previous film with Binnu Dhillon in “Vekh Baraataan Challiyan”.
Seasoned Artists, Gurpreet Ghuggi and Jaswinder Bhalla also added that they are happy to work together with Binnu Dhillon and Smeep Kang agin, and are sure that this time also all of them do wonders together as before.
Producers, Amit Bhalla and Atul Bhalla said that they are proud to get associated with a team like Smeep Kang, Binnu Dhillon, Gurpreet Ghuggi, BN Sharma and Jaswinder Bhalla who have done wonders in the films together and the entire Punjabi Cinema rely on these names so much and their presence in the film is always a treat to watch.
The music has been given by the famous Music Director Jatinder Shah. There are total five songs in the film which have been written by Happy Raikoti, Balbir Boparai, Vinder Nathumajra and Kuldeep Kandiara. Singers Gippy Grewal, Amy Virk, Gulrez Akhtar, Sunidhi Chuhan and Nachhatar Gill have lent their melodious and beautiful voices to the songs of the film.

India Sees High Level of Stress Due to Work and Finance Related Issues: Reveals 2018 Cigna 360° Well-Being Survey

Chandigarh 13th July:- Cigna’s (NYSE:CI) India business, Cigna TTK Health Insurance, a joint venture between U.S.-based global health services company, Cigna Corporation and Indian conglomerate TTK Group, today released the results of its 2018 Cigna 360° Well-Being Survey–Future Assured. The findings reveal that stress levels are high in India compared with other developed and emerging countries including the United States, UK, Germany, France, China, Brazil and Indonesia.
About 89 percent of the population in India say they are suffering from stress compared to the global average of 86 percent. In addition, one in eight people have serious trouble in dealing with stress, with Millennials suffering more than other groups. Nearly, 75 percent of respondents in India do not feel comfortable talking to a medical professional about their stress-cost is one of the biggest barriers to seeking professional help.
Now in its fourth year, the 2018 Survey adopted a more forward-looking approach #Future Assured, exploring people’s perceptions and concerns on health and their sense of well-being across five key areas physical, family, social, finances and work. This year’s survey is Cigna’s most global yet, talking to nearly 14,500 people in 23 markets around the world.
India takes the top spot in the overall global well-being Index for the fourth year running.  The country only showed slight declines in Physical, Social and Family wellness this year, while respondents remain optimistic about Work and Financial well-being. The largest percentage falls are in the Physical area were seen in weight and nutrition management, followed by sleep-related challenges. In the Social pillar, over 50 percent of people from India said they are not spending sufficient time with friends or have enough time for hobbies. The dip in Family well-being is mostly due to growing concerns about the ability to financially support parents and children.

SpiceJet CMD Awarded With USISPF Leadership Award

Chandigarh 13th July:- The U.S.-India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF), in its first ever Annual Leadership Summit, awarded Ajay Singh, Chairman & Managing Director, SpiceJet, with the USISPF Leadership Award, an honour established by the Forum to commend excellence in transformative leadership and public service, along with the leaders’ role in expanding trade and collaboration between the U.S. and India, on July 12 in Washington, D.C.
D. Jim Umpleby III, CEO of Caterpillar Inc., was also conferred with the Leadership Award. Both the business leaders were felicitated for their transformative role in developing U.S.-India business ties and progressing the lives of citizens in the U.S. and India.
The Annual Leadership Summit hosted in Washington D.C., highlighted the Forum’s commitment to furthering the strategic partnership between the U.S. and India. The theme of this year’s summit was “Strengthening the Strategic Partnership”.

Under the leadership of Ajay  Singh, SpiceJet placed an order for up to 205 narrow and wide bodied aircraft – one of the largest orders for new airplanes in Boeing’s history. SpiceJet was lauded by US President Donald J. Trump for this aircraft order and helping create tens of thousands of jobs in the United States. SpiceJet followed up the Boeing order with an order for 50 Bombardier Q400 planes the single biggest order for the Q400 in Bombardier’s history.
The event brought together key stakeholders, including Government of India officials, industry leaders from the U.S. and India, and government officials in the United States to discuss opportunities in investment.


Table Tennis Sensation Manika Batra and Chitkara International School’s Career Co-Connect

Chandigarh 13th July:- Chitkara International School’s Academia Industry Interface program known as “Change The Game” allows students to interact with the Industry professionals, sports professionals, educationists, leaders and entrepreneurs who have actually made a mark in their respective industries. An active industry-academic interface is vital to achieve the goal of grooming “industry ready” students who are well rounded and quick learners. In one such session, International table tennis player Manika Batra gave encouraging talk to the students of Chitkara International School (CIS) on the topic “Sports as a Career”. The 23-year-old table tennis player from Delhi shared her inspirational story with students and urged everyone to set their goals, plan to achieve them with grit & determination and always work hard. Manika’s magnificent performance during recent Common Wealth Games, has certainly given a tremendous boost to table tennis as a sport.
Inspired by Manika’s triumphant run in the North Zone National Ranking Table Tennis Tournament in Panchkula on Tuesday, CIS students asked plethora of questions from her. Answering a Grade 8 Student regarding what’s next, Manika said she’s eying a similar performance in the upcoming Asian Games 2018. When a Grade 6 student asked her about feeling pressurized for pursuing a sport over academics by the parents, relatives and neighbours, she replied that she received tremendous support from her entire family, especially from her mother Mrs. Sushma Batra. Replying to a query raised by a Grade 10 student, Manika gave a lot of credit to her coach for supporting her during all tough and good times and quoted that he is just like his father. Answering a question related to future career prospects for sportspersons, she said that sportspersons get very lucrative job offers from both private and government sector and she is also currently working with Govt. of India’s Public Sector Unit organization. Concluding her inspirational talk, she persuaded CIS students to be serious about sports.       
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Niyati Chitkara, Principal, Chitkara International School, said that at CIS, we strongly believe in fostering a very fine balance between educational opportunities  and sports opportunities for all our young learners. We understand that "Curiosity" is the fuel for growth and development. CIS's young learners are allowed to explore their true potential through our School Academia Industry Interface initiative, known as Change The Game (CTG).
