Pavitra Punia as Timnasa Makes a Powerful Comeback in Sony SAB's Baalveer Returns

Chandigarh Jan. 09, 2021:- The most feared on Indian television - Timnasa is all set to make a fierce comeback on Sony SAB's Baalveer Returns. The strikingly gorgeous actress Pavitra Punia's re-entry as the Bhayrani Timnasa makes the already intriguing storyline more intense as ever. Pavitra received immense appreciation and love for her dynamic and nerve chilling role as the powerful and vengeful Timnasa and curtains will unfold soon on what she's got in store. 

Timnasa enters the show in the middle of an already exciting juncture as Ray (Shoaib Ali) is busy strengthening his team in a bid to defeat Baalveer. Timnasa's entry will be rejoiced by the old mate Bhaymaar (Aditya Ranvijay) who along with Ray, commences their journey and goes back in time to get Timnasa back. 

The queen of Kaal Lok is delighted to return to the show and portray a character which is extremely close to her heart. Pavitra said that Timnasa has been one of her most impactful roles so far. She has thoroughly enjoyed being her. Coming back to the crew and her co-stars is wonderful, and she was overwhelmed with everyone's response on her return. While it was a wave of happiness to be back, she was a little nervous and in front of the camera. It's been more than 100 days since she has heard those magical words - lights, camera and action.

Talking about what she is looking forward to in Baalveer Returns, she said that Timnasa is one of her favourite characters of her career. The reason Timnasa is unlike any villains so far is her sheer ruthlessness and grand aura. You end up disliking the character for creating chaos, but at the same time, you cannot help loving and acknowledging her presence. Now that she is returning, she will only be upping her fight against Baalveer. She cannot wait to continue making memories with her co-stars and getting to know the new artists. To all her fans and viewers, the wait is over, Timnasa is back, and she will be more ruthless than before. So, stay tuned.

स्वास्थ्य रोगों को रोकने के लिए ट्रांस फैट को सीमित करने के लिए विनियम होना एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम: कंज्यूमर वॉयस

Chandigarh Jan. 09, 2021:- एनजीओ कंज्यूमर वॉयस ने कहा है कि तेल में ट्रांस फैट को सीमित करने के लिए विनियम और सार्वजनिक स्वास्थ्य के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम साबित होगा इससे हर वर्ष होने वाली हजारों मौतों को रोक जा सकता है।

भारतीय खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक प्राधिकरण (एफएसएसएआई) ने हाल ही में घोषणा की है कि सभी खाद्य रिफाइंड तेल, वनस्पति अन्यों में जनवरी 2021 तक केवल 3 प्रतिशत ट्रांस फैट होना अनिवार्य है तथा जनवरी 2022 तक 2 प्रतिशत या उससे कम ट्रांस फैट्स शामिल होना चाहिए। एफएसएसएआई द्वारा यह कदम 2018 में खाद्य तेलों और सभी खाद्य पदार्थों में ट्रांस-फैट्स को कम करने के लिए की गई अपनी प्रतिबद्धताओं को पूरा करने की दिशा में पहला कदम है।

कंज्यूमर वॉयस के सीओओ आशिम सान्याल ने कहा कि भारत ने एफएसएसएआई के साथ एक आजीवन मील का पत्थर हासिल किया है, डायबटीज़ के साथ-साथ हृदय संबंधी बीमारियां कोविड रोगियों के लिए घातक साबित हो रही हैं। सभी खाद्य पदार्थों में ट्रांस फैट्स का अनुपलब्ध तत्व एक दर्दनाक बिंदु है और उम्मीद है, एफएसएसएआई जनवरी 2022 से पहले इसे भारतीय प्लेटर से रासायनिक ट्रांस फैटी एसिड को खत्म करने के लिए संबोधित करेगा।

ट्रांस वसा का सेवन हृदय रोगों के बढ़ते जोखिम से जुड़ा हुआ है। 2017 के अनुमान के अनुसार, दुनिया के सभी देशों में उच्च ट्रांस-फैट के सेवन के कारण भारत में हृदय रोग से होने वाली मौतों का सबसे अधिक बोझ है। कोरोनरी हार्ट डिजिज के कारण हर साल 1.5 मिलियन से अधिक मौतें होती हैं, और हर साल इनमें से लगभग 5 प्रतिशत मौतें (71,000) को ट्रांस फैट सेवन के लिए जिम्मेदार ठहराया जा सकता है।

 

 

Rotary Club Himalayan Ranges Mansa Devi and Rotaract Club Chandigarh Himalayan to Offer Free 100 Saarthi Kits

Chandigarh Jan. 09, 2021:- Rotary Club Himalayan Ranges Mansa Devi in collaboration with Rotaract Club Chandigarh Himalayan will offer a free smart access device d 'Sarathi' to further empower visually impaired students which ensure the  awareness of hindrances on their way.

While addressing a press conference held in Chandigarh Press Club, Rotarian Gaurav Ghai, President, Rotary Club Himalayan Ranges Mansa Devi and Rotaractor Kawalpreet Singh Judge, President, Rotaract Club Chandigarh Himalayan informed that 100 Saarthi kits will be gifted to needy blind students during an event scheduled on  January 17 at Tagore Theater, Sector 18. The event will be graced by District 3080 District Governor Rotarian Ramesh Bajaj, noted comedian Gurpreet Ghuggi, actor and model Shivani Saini and international Paralympic table tennis player Mukesh Kumar.

This project was initiated by Rotarian Gaurav Ghai when he saw a visually impaired person struggling on the way to his house a few months ago. He was disheartened at that moment and vowed that through the Rotary campaign he would help all the people of this neglected class. In this sequence, he got in touch with the young start-up in Ahmadabad and understood about the Saarthi equipment. After getting support from other members of Rotary, they bought 100 Saarthi kits and prepared the outline for the upcoming program.

Revealing details about the equipment, Rotaractor Kawalpreet Singh Judge, President, Rotaract Club Chandigarh Himalayan, said that the Saarthi warns the visually impaired people about the hurdles on their way so that they change their path. This battery powered device is easy to learn and operate. The device is charged with a USB charger port that lasts for more than a month despite using it daily. The device has a 99.9 per cent accuracy, while it has a navigational range of three different types - two feet (indoor), four feet (outdoor) and eight feet (open area).

Rotarian Gaurav Ghai said that his club is aiming for social uplift through various projects. He expressed confidence that this small effort would give more strength to visually impaired students and motivate them to work more in this direction.
