Bansal, Kirron Guilty of Destroying the Character of Villages: Dhawan

Chandigarh 08^th May:- Today early in the morning the Yuva brigade lead by Bikram Dhawan campaigned Door–to-Door for Aam Aadmi Party Lok Sabha Candidate Harmohan Dhawan in Colony no 4. Residents gave them a warm welcome.

The People gathered there said that Harmohan Dhawan is the only leader in Chandigarh who always stand by the poor & down trodden. They have tried Pawan Bansal for 15 years and Kirron Kher for 5 years but both of them betrayed their trust & this time they will vote a support Aam Aadmi Party . Bikram Dhawan assured them that after winning the election, Harmohan Dhawan will get them houses for all those who have been left out in the biometric survey & the inflated electricity bills will be rectified.

Today in the evening Satinder Dhawan continued her Door-to-Door Campaigning in Sector 30 and 38 west. The residents of both the sectors welcomed Satinder Dhawan with Garlands & assured her their Vote & Support to the Aam Aadmi Party Lok Sabha candidate Harmohan Dhawan. Satinder Dhawan assured the residents that if elected they will Lay emphasis on  Health, Education & door step services & other basic amenities. Residents also shared grievances with them. They Complained about the stray dog menace & dumping ground have made their lives hell.

Today in the evening Harmohan Dhawan with several Aam Aadmi Party Volunteers Campaigned Door-to- in the Village Palsora. The resident welcomed them with flowers & garlands and said that they are completely fed up with the performance of Bansal & Kirron Kher and in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, they will reject both Congress & BJP. They also assured Dhawan their complete Support & Vote.

Dhawan while interacting with the Villagers said the Bansal destroyed the Character of 9 Villagers and Kirron Kher the remaining 13. He assured them that if elected; he will restore the Panchayats, regularize the houses built outside Lal Dora and get Punjabi & Hindi recognized in the Chandigarh administration.   

Today in the evening the Aam Aadmi Party Lok Sabha Candidate Harmohan Dhawan along with several Aam Aadmi Party Volunteers addressed Jan Sabha’s in Bapu Dham and Mauli Jagran past.

Dhawan While addressing the Jan Sabha said that It is most unfortunate that the People are losing their faith in the Political Leaders. There is difference in their saying & delivery. Dhawan that if elected he will get them the ownership rights and also assured that all those who were left out in the Biometrics Survey will be allotted houses that too with ownership rights.

कांग्रेस उम्मीदवार ने जारी किया चुनाव घोषणा-पत्र

Chandigarh 08^th May:- लोकसभा चुनाव में चंडीगढ़ से कांग्रेस उम्मीदवार पवन कुमार बंसल ने आज कांग्रेस भवन सेक्टर-35 में एक पत्रकार सम्मेलन में पार्टी का स्थानीय घोषणा-पत्र जारी किया। एक बार फिर सांसद चुने जाने पर चंडीगढ़ की शान व प्रतिष्ठा की बहाली के लिए बंसल ने जो योजनाएं बनाई हैं, घोषणा-पत्र में उनका खुलासा किया गया है।  

पवन कुमार बंसल अपने आसपास की स्थितियों से साफतौर पर दुखी हैं। सांसद और केंद्रीय मंत्री के रूप में अपने कार्यकाल के दौरान उन्होंने चंडीगढ़ को जिस तरह से संवारा था, आज वह शान और भव्यता धूमिल होती जा रही है। उन्होंने खुद अपने हाथ से जो अपना चुनाव घोषणा-पत्र तैयार किया है, उसमें उनकी पीड़ा साफ झलकती है। 

उन्होंने घोषणा-पत्र की प्रस्तावना में लिखा है कि अनियमित प्रसार, यातायात और कारों की संख्या में भारी बढ़ोतरी, पार्किंग की नाकाफी सुविधा और सार्वजनिक परिवहन प्रणालियों से चंडीगढ़ की मूल अवधारणा पर बुरा असर पड़ रहा है। इसके साथ ही महिलाओं के खिलाफ बढ़ते अपराधों के कारण भी नगर की बदनामी हो रही है। हमें चंडीगढ़ को सुरक्षित बनाना है और ऐसा दयालू व सभ्य समाज तैयार करना है जो खतरों से दो-चार और संवेदनशील वर्गों का ध्यान रख सके। 

पवन कुमार बंसल के अनुसार हमें यह सुनिश्चित करना है कि चंडीगढ़ की खूबसूरती बनी रहे और इसकी विलक्षणता के साथ छेड़छाड़ न हो। आपके सहयोग से यह मेरा कत्र्तव्य होगा कि चंडीगढ़ की शान व प्रतिष्ठा बहाल की जाए और इसकी जीवंतता, गरिमा व शान बनी रहे। इन्हीं की वजह से हमारा शहर सच में ही अनूठा है। बंसल ने अपने चुनाव घोषणा-पत्र में नगर, कालोनियों और गांवों की स्वच्छता की बहाली, प्रदूषणमुक्त शहर बनाने, कम्युनिटी पार्किंग और यातायात की गंभीर समस्या सुलझाने के लिए मेट्रो रेल शुरू करने पर जोर दिया है। 

पवन कुमार बंसल ने महिला सुरक्षा पर बल देते हुए चंडीगढ़ को अपराधमुक्त शहर बनाने का सपना देखा है। वह युवाओं के लिए सार्थक रोजगार के अवसर पैदा करने, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, सडक़ों, पार्क और अन्य ढांचागत सुविधाओं के लिए फिर से ज्यादा से धन लाने का प्रयास करेंगे। उनका यह भी वादा है कि वह 24 घंटे पानी आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित बनाएंगे और स्कूलों में प्रसन्नता पाठ्यक्रम शुरू कराएंगे। साथ ही यह भी यकीनी बनाएंगे कि रिहायशी व वाणिज्यिक भवनों को नियमित करने और इनमें आवश्यकतानुसार प्रमुख बदलाव करने की मांग भी पूरी हो।

उन्होंने विश्वास दिलाया है कि अनुबंध व अस्थायी कर्मी पक्के किए जाएंगे और उनके लिए पारदर्शी तबादला नीति अमल में लाई जाएगी। उनका व्यापारियों, कारोबारियों और उद्योगपतियों से वादा है कि व्यापारियों व कारखानेदारों को दिए गए नोटिस वापस करवाए जाएंगे और उनकी दुकानों के लिए एफएआर (फ्लोर एरिया रेशो) बढ़ाया जाएगा। व्यवसाय को बढ़ावा देने के लिए चंडीगढ़ को पर्यटन केंद्र के रूप में विकसित किया जाएगा। 

गांववासी काफी समय शहर के समान सुविधाओं व ढांचागत सहूलियतों के लिए परेशान हैं। बंसल ने भरोसा दिलाया कि उन पर नए सिरे से ध्यान केंद्रित किया जाएगा। गांवों को आत्मनिर्भर आधुनिक इकाइयों के रूप में विकसित करने के लिए प्रत्येक ग्राम के लिए माइक्रो योजना बनाई जाएगी। दिल्ली होज खास की तर्ज पर गांवों में कुटीर उद्योग, बुटीक और स्ट्रीट आर्ट जैसी आर्थिक गतिविधियां शुरू की जाएंगी। लाल डोरा के बाहर सभी भवनों को नियमित किया जाएगा और उनमें बुनियादी नागरिक सुविधाएं मुहैया करवाई जाएंगी।

स्लम कालोनियों के बारे में बंसल ने विश्वास दिलाया है कि वह उन्हीं द्वारा शुरू की गई स्लम-फ्री सिटी की परियोजना को बहाल करेंगे और यकीनी बनाएंगे कि नगर में झुग्गी-झोंपड़ी में रहने वाले बाकी बचे लोगों के पुनर्वास के लिए और मकान बनवाए व मुहैया करवाए जाएं।

वीआईपी संस्कृति

घोषणा-पत्र तैयार करते समय बंसल ने उन मुद्दों पर बराबर ध्यान केंद्रित किया है जिनके कारण आधुनिक समाज परेशान हैं। उन्होंने इस संघीय क्षेत्र में वीआईपी संस्कृति को और भी हतोत्साहित करने की कसम खाई है। उनका ख्याल है कि सांसद के अपने वाहन पर न तो एमपी का ध्वज और न ही बोर्डों व पट्टिकाओं पर संसद सदस्य का नाम हो। सांसद निधि की योजनाओं सहित अन्य सभी परियोजनाओं के शिलान्यास व उद्घाटन पट्टिकाएं चंडीगढ़ के शहीदों की याद में लगाई जाएं और यह काम विशिष्ट पूर्व सैनिक, साहित्यकार, कलाकार व वरिष्ठ नागरिकों से करवाया जाए। 

सांसद के काम की समीक्षा/जवाबदेही

पवन कुमार बंसल ने कहा है कि सांसद चुने जाने के बाद वह अलग अलग मुद्दों और हाथ में लिए कार्यों व परियोजनाओं के बारे में अपनी वेबसाइट और फेसबुक पेज पर लगातार जानकारी उपलब्ध करवाते रहेंगे। इसके साथ ही वह सभी वार्डों/सेक्टरों में से एक सामुदायिक केंद्र में (जिसका नाम मिलन केंद्र रखा जाएगा) बारी बारी से एक मासिक खुला दरबार आयोजित करेंगे। 

आवारा व पालतू पशु

पवन कुमार बंसल यह चाहते हैं कि आवारा पशुओं और कुत्तों की समस्याओं का हल समयबद्ध तरीके से निकाला जाए तथा पशुओं के और बाड़े व शेल्टर बनाए जाएं। उन्होंने पशुपालकों के सरोकारों पर ध्यान देते हुए वादा किया है कि सेक्टर-22 स्थित पशु औषधालय को पैथालॉजी/डायग्नोस्टिक लैब और शल्य चिकित्सा की सुविधा से लैस कर इसे अपग्रेड किया जाएगा। 

पवन कुमार बंसल के चुनाव घोषणा-पत्र में युवाओं, वरिष्ठ नागरिकों, महिलाओं, ग्रामीणों, कालोनी निवासियों, कर्मचारियों, वकीलों, कलाकारों, व्यापार व उद्योग, हवाई यात्रियों व दिव्यांगों सहित समाज के सभी वर्गों के लिए कुछ न कुछ शामिल है।
