'Book Fast' Radio Cab App Unveiled, Now Travel Outstation on a One Way Charge

Chandigarh, Nov.01, 2021:- A unique radio cab app 'Book Fast' was unveiled at a press conference held at Hotel park Plaza here by three dynamic entrepreneurs of tricity. The app is all set to make rides for commuters in Chandigarh capital region to start with not only smooth and hassle-free but also pocket friendly. The app was inaugurated by N K Sharma, MLA of Dera Bassi.  

 It is noteworthy that the entrepreneurs already are in the travel trade with their own car fleets. This gives them a major advantage over other players.

Anand Pal, Director, CEO and Founder of Book Fast App, said that booking a cab by using Book Fast is pocket friendly for users. Anand Pal added that our model is also financially more beneficial for drivers, who we consider our partners.

Rajesh Chopra, Director, Book Fast said that the outstation cabs' services will be available at one-way rates to anywhere, as our tagline suggests -'Kahin Se Kahin Bhi'. We offer the outstation services at one-way rates itself. The other applications running in the market are offering the services but there’re just some limited locations for one-way routes, the rest other locations are at two-way prices.

Talking about the App's service coverage area, Sukhleen, Chief Operating Officer (COO), Book Fast, said that initially Book Fast will be for local and rental rides in tricity comprising Mohali, Chandigarh, Panchkula, Zirakpur, Kharar, and other neighbouring locations.

Sukhleen, said that for outstation services, to begin with we will be starting with northern parts of the country consisting of Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Tricity, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, J&K, UP and Rajasthan. Book Fast will be offering outstation services at one-way rates to all locations.

 Talking about safety of women travellers, Anand Pal said that there is proper documentation including police verification of our partner drivers. In an unlikely event of some mishap, the application has an emergency button on the home screen, which can connect the person in distress to the government help-lines or our SOS helpline.

The application is totally free for users and also completely free for drivers to enroll with us. It was informed that there is a referral system in the application also where people could earn from referring their friends. And the user shall receive 100 per cent cash back for their first ride payment. 

The service has taken all necessary measures on the COVID-19 safety protocols. "Our drivers and users shall be required to strictly follow all the COVID safety protocols. The vehicles shall be well sanitized and maintained, while the drivers shall be wearing the face masks all the time and the same goes for users." Summed up, Rajesh Chopra.

Who knows the Chandigarh based radio cab app might soon give the well established apps in the country a run for their money.

 

ओंकार चैरिटेबल ट्रस्ट ने चलाया ग्रीन दीवाली जागरूकता अभियान: लोगों में बांटे गुलदाउदी और गेंदा फूल के पौधे

Chandigarh, Nov.01, 2021:- शहर की समाजसेवी संस्था ओंकार चैरिटेबल ट्रस्ट ने कोरोना महामारी से बचाव हेतु और पर्यावरण की सुरक्षा हेतु लोगों को जागरूक करने के उद्देश्य से ग्रीन दीवाली अभियान शुरू किया है। इस अवसर आयुष के डायरेक्टर डॉक्टर नरेंद्र भारद्वाज मुख्य अतिथि थे और सेक्टर 45 गौशाला के संचालक रमेश कुमार निक्कू विशेष अतिथि थे। इस अभियान के तहत संस्था के चेयरमैन रविन्द्र सिंह बिल्ला अन्य सदस्यों ने साथ मिलकर लोगों को दीवाली पर फोड़े जाने वाले पटाखों के धुंए से पर्यावरण को होने वाले नुकसान और स्वच्छ भारत के प्रति जागरूक करते हुए ग्रीन दीवाली मनाने का आह्वान किया। संस्था के सदस्यों ने इस मौके लोगों में तुलसी सहित अन्य पौधे और गौबर से बने दीये बांटे।

रविंदर सिंह बिल्ला ने कहा कि दीवाली पर फोड़े जाने वाले पटाखों के दुष्प्रभाव और मौजूदा समय मे कोरोना महामारी के प्रति लोग अब जागरूक हो रहे है। इसलिए लोग भी अब ग्रीन दीवाली की अहमियत को समझते हुए पेड़ पौधे लगा रहे है। लोग अब दीवाली पर पटाखे फोड़े जाने को भी पर्यावरण प्रदूषित होने का जिम्मेदार मानने लगे है। लोग अब पारम्परिक तरीके से दीवाली मनाने की ओर अग्रसर हो रहे है, जिसमे मिट्टी के दीये, मोमबती से सजावट और दोस्तों-रिश्तेदारों में पौधे गिफ्ट कर रहे है।

 

Tiny Tots of CRB School Celebrates Diwali: Children Decorated Diyas with Colors and Glitter

Chandigarh, Nov.01, 2021:- CRB Public School Sector 7B, Chandigarh organized Diwali celebrations at school with the tiny tots. The teachers explained the importance of Diwali, the festival spiritually signifies the victory of light over darkness, knowledge over ignorance, good over evil, and hope over despair.

Children decorated diyas with colors and glitter. Diwali Pujan was done by kids and the school faculty. Various activities like Bandhanvaar and Rangoli making were done. Every one enjoyed the Diwali celebrations wholeheartedly.
