Chandigarh 10^th July:- वार्ड नंबर 24 विकासनगर मौलीजागरा चंडीगढ़ मे वार्ड नंबर 24 के सक्रिय कार्यकर्ताओं की बेठक जिला महामंत्री कॉंग्रेस अरुण कुमार के प्रयासों से हुआ ।जिसमें प्रदेश महामंत्री शशिशंकर तिवारी विशेष रुप से उपस्थित रहे ।इसके अलावा डॉक्टर राम कुमार, जनारधन सिंह मौर्या, राम दुलारे,शशिकान्त ,नेहरू लाल,बबलू कुमार,अजय उपाध्याय,बाल किशन यादव,जितेँदर कुमार ,बंटी, अरविन्द सिंह,शिव प्रश्न ब्यास ,नरेश कुमार ,किरण ,प्रभा ,पूनम ,लक्ष्मी ,मीना ,जगलाल माझी ,जवाहर लाल शुक्ला इत्यादि महिला एवम पुरुष शामिल थे ।

बेठक मे सर्वसमिति से फैसला हुआ की कॉंग्रेस की मज़बूती के लिये घर घर जा कर कार्यकर्ताओं से सम्पर्क करना एवम वार्ड नंबर 24 की सुविधाएँ जेसे सफाई व्यवस्था को दुरुसत करने के लिये अधिकारियों से बात करना ।बिजली का पावर कम होना ।गंदे पानी का सप्लाई एवम दूसरे तीसरे मंजिलों तक पानी की सप्लाई ना हो पाना ।बारिश के बाद जगह जगह रोड पर पानी लग जाना ।इत्यादि विषयों पर चर्चा हुई ।और यह फैसला हुआ की हर सप्ताह कार्यकर्ताओं से सम्पर्क अभियान चलता रहेगा ।

Veteran Actress Nimisha Vakharia to Play Tenali Rama's Mother

Chandigarh 10^th July:- The Well Known and Veteran actress Nimisha Vakharia will soon be seen in Sony Sab’s much awaited show Tenali Rama. She will be essaying the role Tenali Rama (Krishna Bharadwaj) mother Laxmi. 

Laxmi has vowed for a lifetime silence and committed herself to the devotion of god. She talk in sign language which no one understand. However, her daughter-in-law Sharda is the only person who understands her signs. Laxmi is a very nosy person who likes to interfere in others matter even though she cannot talk. She loves to know all the gossips around.

Commenting on her role, Nimisha Vakharia who plays Laxmi said that she feels happy to be a part of such an epic show. Her character in the show is very funny, though she do not have any dialogues, her sign language will lead to many funny encounters. The audience will surely love her in this new role and she is excited to be a part of Tenali Rama’s journey on SAB TV.

Claims of About 2100 Crores Settled in National Lok Adalat

Chandigarh 10^th July:- Third bi-monthly National Lok Adalat for the year 2017 was held on Saturday under the patronage of Hon’ble Justice J.S. Khehar, Chief Justice of India and the dynamic leadership of Hon’ble Justice Dipak Misra, Judge, Supreme Court of India & Executive Chairman of the National Legal Services Authority (NALSA) throughout the country in all courts at all levels from the Taluk Courts to High Courts in 654 districts and 2267 taluks. More than 7.1 lacs have been reported to be settled, which include 3.98 lacs pending and 3.12 lacs pre-litigation cases. The total value of the settlement amount is 2100 crore. The said disposal would result into easing the burden of the pending cases as the said disposal in one day is almost equal to disposal of all the courts throughout the country in approx. 18 days.

It is evident that the National Lok Adalat has greatly benefitted the common man and it has been achieved not only because of Legal Services Authorities/Committees but also because of cooperation extended by the Judges, Lawyers, Banking and Insurance companies.

Hon’ble Justice Dipak Misra, Judge, Supreme Court of India and Executive Chairman, NALSA took personal interest and interacted with Executive Chairmen of various State Legal Services Authorities and it was because of his specific directions regarding the efforts required for selecting the cases and holding Pre-Lok Adalat sittings that the said disposal could be achieved.

Chandigarh Administration is Celebrating World Population Day on 11th July

Chandigarh 10^th July:- Chandigarh Administration is celebrating World Population Day on 11^th July with the theme of “Nayi Lehar, Naya Vishwas, Sampoorn Zimmedari se Parivar Vikas” and observing a month long period comprising of Mobilization Fortnight (27^th June 2017-10^th July 2017) and Population Stabilization Fortnight (11^th July 2017- 24^th July 2017).

World Population Day is being celebrated for creating awareness amongst the public regarding family planning and motivating them to adopt small family norms through Health talks, Counseling and by holding Mobilization Camps. The overall objective is to put emphasis on the importance of family planning and to reduce the consequent issues arising from the increasing population by making them aware of the hidden disaster of population explosion.         

In Mobilization Fortnight, many awareness generation related activities has been done by Department of Health & Family Welfare, U.T Chandigarh for making the general public aware about the stabilization of population.

State level celebration will be held tomorrow i.e 11^th July, 2017 in the Auditorium of District Family Welfare Bureau, Sector 22, Chandigarh at 9:00 am. Dr. Rakesh Kashyup, Director Heralth & Family Welfare cum Mission Director, National Health mission, Chandigarh will preside over the function. Dr. A.K Janmeja, Director Principal of Government Medical College and Hospital, Sector 32, Chandigarh will be the Chief Guest and Dr. Anil Garg, District Family Welfare Officer will present the introductory session of the Family Planning Programme.

Priya to Act in Rajeev’s Daily Soap ‘Bindiya, Shringar Ek Suhagan Ka’

Chandigarh 10^th July:- Sony SAB’s recently launched show, TV, Biwi aur Main is becoming popular for its unique storyline. While Rajeev’s struggle to maintain his off screen and on screen life balance is worth to watch for, the latest trouble in his life will be to finalize a vamp for daily soap and he is left with no choice other than his wife Priya.

In the upcoming track we will see that Rajeev (Karan Veer Mehra) who is the producer of the show ‘Bindiya, Shringar Ek Suhagan Ka’wanted to add some drama where he introduces a vamp in the show. He then plans for Bindiya (Tanvi Thakkar) and Kushal’s (Karan Goddwani) honeymoon sequence in Goa where the vamp will be introduced. Priya (Shruti Seth) seizes the opportunity and decides to tag along with Rajeev for the Goa trip. Hearing this Amma (Madhuri Sanjeev) insists Rajeev to take her and Babuji (Ashok Lokhande) with them so that it becomes a family vacation together. Rajeev is left with no choice and takes the family for the trip. Trouble doesn’t stop for Rajeev, when they reach Goa he gets to know that the actress who was signed to play the vamp didn’t turn up. He is completely trapped in between the pressure of the telecast and to search for the replacement of the vamp. Rajeev left with no other option asks Priya to play the vamp.

Commenting on the track, Karan Veer Mehra aka Rajeev said that Rajeev is left with no option but to ask his wife Priya to play the negative character. He not only has to convince Priya but also needs to handle his mother. As a producer he is always firefighting situations. But this time his personal and professional life is at conflicts. Though the trip was supposed to be a happy trip it has now become a big trouble for him.

Jalandhar Police Helping Person Who Wants to Capture His Shop: Alleged Jalandhar Resident

Chandigarh 10^th July:- Jalandhar resident Surinder Jit singh alleged that  Inderjit singh tried to capture his shop, which he bought from her mother. He even requested local police to help him, but he was fail in his this thought.

While talking to the media here in Chandigarh press club  alongwith Surinder Jit singh along with her daughter said that he owned one shop at EF 62 62 (B VII / 743), Mandi Fenton Gunj, Jalandhar. He purchased this shop (Property) from her mother Smt. Mohinder Kaur w/o late s. Mohinder singh. In total consideration of Rs. I Crore and had paid 11 Lac Approx. Registry Fees on it.  He said that on 04-07-2017, Inderjit singh, his father Ravinder Singh along with their 15-20 goon forcibly and illegally entered in his shop, when he was presented there and started threatening and beating him and even try to forcibly push him out of his shop. On listening his Screaming his Son Harpreet singh along with other peoples nearby rush for his help but these goons also beaten his son, Somehow her daughter also reached to help us, she dialed 100 for police help. After 20-25 Minutes  Simarjit singh A.S.I Police station Division Navi Baradari heading other police officials reached there, It was clear from attitude of police officials that ASI Simarjit Singh were in connivance with Inderjit Singh and were under influence of Akali Leader, Jalandhar. In spite of being complainant they illegally and forcibly took us to Police station Division Navi Baradari and registered false case on us and presented us in the court of DCP, but before this A.S.I. Simarjit Singh ask him that Commissioner of Police ordered him to take Keys from Surinderjit singh. He asked A.S.I. Simarjit Singh to give him receipt of keys he replied receipt will be given by commissioner of police and then he took keys.

He said further that on Date 5-7-17 he again asked his keys back from official presented in Police station Navi Baradari but they asked him to wait till evening. After waiting till evening 5-00 pm, he called Police Commissioner on his mobile number 98786-55000 from his mobile number 98882-90022 and told him about what happened but in return Commissioner replied the he has not given such order. Police illegally kept holding his keys whereas his business is suffering.

Surinder Jit singh said that he and his family life is at risk from Inderjit Singh and Sarabjit Singh Makkar. On Date 6-7-17 he have filed written complaint to commissioner of police Jalandhar, he mark his complaint to ACP Satinder Kumar. ACP Satinder Kumar called ASI Simarjit Singh and asked him to bring keys back to him.

On Date  7-7-17 he again presented in front  of ACP Satinder Kumar and demand his keys, but till today he have not got his keys back. Jalandhar police is working under influence of and trying to help Inderjit singh and others to illegally occupy his shop.  He said that he suffered a lot due to them but Jalandhar police always keep helping them. He requested Police Head to appoint High level IPS Officer to investigate his case and Help bring his keys back from Jalandhar police because his business is suffering.
