31st August:- Senior leaders of
Punjab congress and hundreds of congress workers paid rich tributes to the
former CM Punjab Beant Singh at his memorial in sector 42 today.
The leaders include members of Beant Singh family, congress MPs, MLAs,
office-bearers and former MLAs and MPs but Punjab Congress president Capt
Amarinder Singh did not attend the Sarv Dharm Sabha in the memory of slain
leader.
