MC Conduct “Importance of Sanitation & Cleanliness in Schools” Drive

Chandigarh 08^th September:- The sanitation wing of Municipal Corporation Chandigarh organized a Special Thematic drive under the theme “Importance of Sanitation & Cleanliness in Schools” under “Swachh Bharat Mission” at Govt. High School Sec.-11, GMHS Sec-7C, Govt. Sr. Sec School Sec 45-A, Govt Middle School Village Burail and Govt. Model Middle School Sec- 23-D, Chandigarh.

During the drive the students were sensitized regarding the adverse effects of insanitary conditions around them. Lecture on importance of sanitation and cleanliness and importance of every student contributing their efforts towards Swachhata was delivered to the students by the inspectorate staff of MC Chandigarh.

The Staff and Student of the Schools participated in the cleanliness of their school premises enthusiastically.
