movie focuses on the political corruption and how nasty the power game can get.
The plot revolves around TV reporter Shivaji Rao (Anil Kapoor) who in an
interview blames the Chief Minister of Maharashtra Balraj Chauhan (Amrish Puri)
for the riots in Mumbai. Furious, the corrupt politician challenges him to play
the role a CM for a day to understand the difficulty of his role. Shivaji Rao
accepts the challenge, only to change the face of the state. He fires all the
corrupt government officials and gets Balraj Chauhan arrested, as he thinks he
is the root cause of the state’s problems. What will this one-day CM’s fate be
after his tenure gets over? Will Balraj Chauhan create havoc and ruin Rao’s
image in front
