Trials for Chandigarh Wresting Team to Be Held on 19th January

Chandigarh 18^th January:- Sports Department, Chandigarh Administration is going to hold trials for selection of Chandigarh wrestling team on 19^th January, 2017 at 9:00 am at Wrestling Coaching Center, Sector-42, Chandigarh for participation in Khelo India National level competition under the aegis of Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India. The competition is going to be held at New Delhi from 20^th January, 2017 to 22^nd January, 2017 and is open for boys & girls in the age group of 14 to 16 years.  Competition is going to be held under the following weight category for Boys upto 50kg, 54kg, 58kg, & 63kg

and Girls upto 40kg, 43kg, 46kg & 49 kg and Gold, Silver & Bronze medal winner will be given cash prize of Rs.5000, Rs.3000 & Rs.2000 respectively. Boarding and lodging and traveling expenses will be borne by hosts of the competition. Team will depart for New Delhi on 19.01.2017 and return on 23.01.2017.
