National Institute of Nursing Education organizes Six day Training on HIV/AIDS & ART

Chandigarh 08^th February:- The six days training programme started on 2^nd Feb., 2017 on HIV/AIDS and Antiretroviral therapy for B.Sc. Nursing 4^th year and B.Sc. Nursing (postbasic) 2^nd year students of National Inst. of Nursing Education concluded today. It was organized under the chairmanship of Dr Sandhya Ghai, Principal, NINE, PGI, Chandigarh and coordinated by Dr Sukhwinder Kaur, Lecturer, NINE, PGI, Chandigarh.   Total 164 students attended this training programme. The classes on various topics related to Epidemiology of HIV, ART therapy, counseling skills, HIV pediatrics were taken by faculty of NINE  Including role plays and videos on ART therapy and counseling techniques which were really appreciated by the students.
