Babi Grewal Opens Her New Store in Chandigarh: Poonam Sood & Kartar Cheema Inaugurates the Store

Chandigarh 21^st April:- Stitching her way to success, Babi Grewal offers your usual stuff with an unusual twist. And who doesn’t like to wear something with an unusual twist. Babi experiments with different textures and materials so well that you will not come back empty handed once you enter her store where you would find every attire as per your choice and likings.

Babi Grewal is in to fashion industry from last 27 years. Big Time. She started with her brand Babi in the year 1990, in Sector 17, with her name as her Brand, Babi’s, opened another in sector 8 and in New Delhi too and never looked back after that. In her this long journey she tailored clothes not only for women of the town but for many celebrities like Neeru Bajwa, Teena Deol (Bobby Deol’s Wife), Supriya Pathak, Dolly Guleria and Sargun Mehta too. Today she got her new store inaugurated in Sector 10, Chandigarh in the august presence of renowned model and actress Poonam Sood with another renowned actor of our town, Kartar Cheema. Monita Bhardwaj has contributed in doing the interiors of Babi’s and Head Masters also contributed with Makeovers for the models.

At Babi’s we will find the stuff and apparels more on traditional but not modern themes and the exclusivity lies in bridal wear with lots n lots of designs, motifs on a good and fine clothing material too.

Babi Grewal said that we're in a very competitive industry and you have to show that you've been successful at delivering for clients. She said that in the end, results count. Being a woman can also be an advantage in busines. She added further that some people respond better to women than me. Babi Grewal said that in today's marketplace, it's less about women being disadvantaged over men than it is about knowing how to adjust and respond to people's tastes. It’s just you need to carry that zeal to work more n more. If you view each stop as an opportunity to learn something, there is always something you will take away from that experience.  She said that the good news is that if you’re willing to pursue your passion, put in the hard work, and believe in yourself, you will succeed. One of the best pieces of advice she ever received from her parents is to think of negativity as noise. Believe in yourself and what you’re doing.

Poonam Sood said that she love the kind of positive treatment that she get, whenever she visit Babi’s Store to buy anything”, the kind of response you get from her makes you feel so comfortable and you actually end up buying something or the other and she never wanted to lose this opportunity to be a part of her new store inauguration.

Kartar Cheema also added that Babi Grewal is very close to his family or he would say that she is a family to us and he also wanted to be a part of her success story and here he is with her on the opening of her store and he wish her all the success for all the times to come.
