State Bank of India Opens First Premium Banking Lobby

Chandigarh 29th August:- State Bank of India today opened its first Premium Banking Lobby in Sector-34, Chandigarh. The Lobby was inaugurated by Neeraj Vyas, Dy. Managing Director & Chief Operating Officer (COO), State Bank of India, Corporate Centre, Mumbai in the presence of Anil Kishora, Chief General Manager, SBI, Chandigarh Circle and other senior officials of the Bank.
While interacting with Media, Neeraj Vyas apprised that the Bank has introduced this concept of Premium Banking Lobby, to provide the best of customer service uninterruptedly and offer the customers a new kind of experience. He said further that the Lobby is equipped with different machines which will work 24*7 for convenience of the customers. The machines include ATM (Automated Teller Machine), Recycler (Cash Deposit and Withdrawal Machine), Swayam Machine (Pass Book Printing Machine) and Automatic Cheque Drop Box for depositing cheques and getting instant receipt with photocopy of cheques so deposited.
Anil Kishora advised that one Customer Care Executive and Bank’s one Marketing Executive will be available at the Lobby during day time to provide assistance to customers and also to provide information on various products and banking schemes of the Bank and its subsidiary Companies to the customers.
Earlier in the day, Neeraj  Vyas visited RamaKrishna Mission Ashrama in Sector-15, Chandigarh and donated one refrigerator, two water purifiers and medicines for serving to the needy, as part of Bank’s CSR activity.
