professor and head of the department cardiology prof Yash Paul Sharma has been
awarded iconic achievers award by iconic achievers council at a felicitation
function held in Moscow Russia with a theme “Globalization of Economic &
Social Development”.
Prof Yash Paul has been involved in many
breakthroughs in the field of cardiology such as interventional cardiology,
heart failure management, cyanotic congenital heart disease, rheumatic
diseases. Earlier he was also awarded IBC top 100 scientists award 2015, Swami
Vivekananda Excellence Award 2013, Mother Teresa Shiromini Award 2013, Indra
Gandhi Priyadarshni award 2009, Punjab State Award 2004, Bharat Gaurav 2002
etc. His research involves many innovative and disruptive theories which have
been patented and have wide impacts in transforming healthcare sector with a
motto health for all, food for all, global peace and development which will
help in increasing the economy of country and making India a developed country
at a faster pace.
