ISHRAE Holds "URJAVARAN 2019" on Theme of “Energy Sustainability Roadmap for Healthcare & Hospitality”: Discussion Held on Future Challenges and Probable Solutions in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Field

Chandigarh 16th November:- ISHRAE (Indian Society of Heating, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineers), Chandigarh Chapter on Saturday, 16th Nov 2019, held its flagship event "URJAVARAN 2019" at Hotel Shivalik View, Sector 17, Chandigarh. This is much awaited event, which brings Technical Practicing Engineers, Technical Consultants, Technical Contractors, System Integrators, who will join and debate about future challenges and probable solutions in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration field. Theme for this year is "Healthcare & Hospitality" focusing on Hospitals, Clinics, Public Health Centres, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Plants, Hotels and Luxury Service Apartments. The Event shall be duly attended by leading key decision makers and senior members (projects & utility) from Industry (Pharma, Hospital, Hotel industry, Cold storages MEP eqpt. Manufacturers), Infrastructure (Builders, Hoteliers, etc.), MEP Consultants of India, Prominent Architects from Tricity/Punjab/Haryana/Delhi and other dignitaries from various Institutions /Govt. Sector / Educational Institutes. More than 250 delegates from all over India took part in it.
ISHRAE National President Vikram Murty, ISHRAE-IPP C Subramanium, N S Chandrashekhar- Vice President South and Leading Architect Architect Manish Gulati were the Guest Speakers of the program. They shared valuable information and suggestion on the topic.
Ajay Bansal, Chandigarh Chapter President said that ISHRAE  is a premium Non-Profit Social Organization promoted by Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineers way back in year 1981. It is headquartered in New Delhi and having presence through Chapters across Pan India. More than 12,000 Professional Practicing Engineers & More than 14,000 aspiring engineering students as Student Members. ISHRAE is part of India's larger mission in promoting Green initiatives & part of "India Cooling Action Plan 2020". Through various seminars, activities large amount technical, non technical information propagated for everyone awareness & knowledge.
He said further that Chandigarh Chapter of ISHRAE was established in the year 1999 and we are celebrating 20th year this year. With more than 350 Professional practicing engineers & more than 250 engineering students from various local engineering colleges as members of CCI, who are sparing their valuable time in enhancing public awareness and knowledge dissemination in the field of Air Conditioning & Refrigeration domains.
