Chandigarh Jan. 07, 2021:- Department of Computer Science & Applications of Desh Bhagat University organized an Expert Lecture on Artificial Intelligence. The session was conducted by Dr. R.K. Bathla Professor & Head of Department and Balram Krishan. The session was attended by more than 100 students including many notable dignitaries, staff members from University.
The program started with the inaugural speech of Dr. Zora Singh, Chancellor, Dr. Tejinder Kaur, Pro-Chancellor, Desh Bhagat University, said that Artificial intelligence is imitation of human intelligence in machines that are programmed to imagine like humans and impersonate their acts. The use of Artificial Intelligence is important as significant changes have taken place in our society and Educational Institutions.
Dr. Shalini Gupta, Vice Chancellor, DBU initiated the discussion and highlighted the role of Expert System of Using Artificial Intelligence in the world.
