“प्रतिज्ञा” फाउंडेशन ने मलोया गाँव में किया पौधारोपण का आयोजन

Chandigarh 11th August:- चंडीगढ़ स्थित गैर सरकारी संस्था “प्रतिज्ञा” फाउंडेशनद्वारा आज मलोया गाँव में बस स्टैंड के साथ सटे पार्क में पौधारोपण का आयोजन किया गया | इस कार्यक्रम में भारतीय जनता पार्टी चंडीगढ़ के प्रदेशाध्यक्ष संजय टंडन  ने मुख्यातिथि के रूप में भाग लिया | उनके साथ पार्टी के मीडिया विभाग के संयोजक रविंदर पठानिया, स्थानीय पार्षद राजेश कालिया, जिला उपाध्यक्ष श्रवण मिश्रा, मंडल अध्यक्ष राहुल दिवेदी, युवा मोर्चा के प्रदेश सचिव विजय राणा, अरुणदीप, महामंत्री युवा मोर्चा ललित कांसल,राकेश अग्रवाल, मुनीशपारछा, संजीव लोहाट आदि उपस्थित थे |

पौधारोपण कार्यक्रम में सर्वप्रथम संस्था के अध्यक्ष भरत कुमार ने अपने पदाधिकरियों उपाध्यक्ष रोहताश व् सतीश, महासचिव महेंद्र पाल धीमान, रामचंद्र यादव, जसबीर कौर राधेश्याम व् संजय के साथ मिल कर मुख्यातिथि संजय टंडन  का स्वागत किया | इस अवसर पर संजय टंडन, रविन्द्र पठानिया, राजेश कालिया, राहुल दिवेदी ने अपने करकमलों द्वारा पौधारोपण किया और उसके उपरान्त उपस्थित सभी लोगों ने 110 पौधे लगाये |

इस मौके पर उपस्थित लोगों को वृक्षों के लगाने के महत्व को समझाते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि हम सभी को इनकी छाया तो बहुत अच्छी लगती है परन्तु जब हम इन वृक्षों का अपने हितों के लिए कटाव करते हैं तो इनके बारे में बिलकुल नहीं सोचते | आज मानव अपने स्वार्थों के चलते वृक्षों का कटाव करते जा रहा है | आजअपने चारों और अगर आप दृष्टि दौडायेंगे तो पाएंगे कि कई देशों प्रदेशों में बाढ़ का प्रकोप, कहीं अंधड़ तूफ़ान का प्रकोप, कहींअत्यधिक गर्मी का प्रकोप ऐसा प्रतीत होता है की प्रकृति ने अपना आंशिक रूप दिखाना शुरू किया है | जिस से जो वातावरण में अचानक परिवर्तन दिखाई दे रहा है उस से भी भयंकर परिणाम इस से आने वाले समय में दिखाईदेंगे| उन्होंने आहवान किया कि अभी भी समय है संभलने का वरना बाद में पछतावा ही शेष बचेगा | आज उचित समय है पौधा लगाने का | हर व्यक्ति को प्रति वर्ष 10 पौधे लगाना आवश्यक है | इन पौधों को लगाने के साथ साथ इनकी देखभाल भी करना हमारा परम कर्त्तव्य है | उन्होंने प्रतिज्ञा फाउंडेशन के इस प्रकार के कार्यों के प्रति अभियान चलाने पर संस्था के सभी पदाधिकारियों को शुभकामनाये प्रदान की |

कार्यक्रम के अंत में संस्था के अध्यक्ष भरत कुमार ने आये हुए सभी गणमान्यों का विशेष आभार व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि संस्था गत 3 वर्षों से चंडीगढ़ व् उसके आसपास के क्षेत्र में सामाजिक भलाई के कार्यों को करती आ रही है और निकट भविष्य में भी ऐसी गतिविधियों को करती रहेगी|

केजरीवाल ने दिलाई कार्यकर्ताओ को देश को नंबर वन बनाने की शपथ

इस मीटिंग में उन्होंने शपथ-पत्र जारी किया व केजरीवाल ने कार्यकताओं संग देश को नंबर वन बनाने की शपथ ली | यह शपथ –पत्र अब कार्यकर्ताओं को दिया गया है व 15 अगस्त से “हरियाणा-जोड़ो-अभियान” के दुसरे चरण में कार्यकर्ता इस शपथ-पत्र को हरियाणा के प्रत्येक घर तक लेकर जायेंगे |

हरियाणा प्रभारी गोपाल राय ने आगामी रणनीति व सन्गठन पर चर्चा की| गोपाल राय ने कहा कि 15 अगस्त से “हरियाणा-जोड़ो-अभियान” का दूसरा चरण शुरू होने जा रहा है | इस चरण में हल्का उपाध्यक्ष जो कि 5 पोलिंग स्टेशन पर 1 बनाये गये थे बूथ स्तर तक मीटिंग करेंगे व डोर – टू- डोर प्रचार करेंगे व यह शपथ –पत्र प्रदेश की जनता तक लेकर जायेंगे |

प्रदेशाध्यक्ष नवीन जयहिंद ने कहा कि “हरियाणा-जोड़ो-अभियान” के पहले चरण कार्यकर्ताओं को भरपूर सहयोग, समर्थन मिला व 50 हजार से ज्यादा लोग पार्टी से जुड़े व लाखों लोगों के तक पार्टी की नीति को पहुचाया  | दुसरे चरण में प्रत्येक घर तक आम आदमी पार्टी का कार्यकर्ता दिल्ली के कामों व नीति का प्रचार करेगा व हरियाणा के प्रत्येक नागरिक को भी आप कार्यकर्ता ये शपथ दिलाएगा ताकि हरियाणा व इस देश को इन लुटेरो से बचाया जा सके |

While the ambience and luxury element of the restaurant is no doubt very special, it has always been its authentic food that has drawn crowds. In keeping with this trend, Expat Chef Wen Wang from Beijing takes the menu on an all new high with some delectable dishes from his part of the world.

Having already introduced the only hot-pots in Chandigarh and impressed with the unique flavours of his clay pots, this time round Chef plays with some special cooking methods from China.

Chef goes on to explain that when it comes to oriental food, retaining the unique taste of each ingredient is just as important as ensuring that the nutrition is also retained. Based on this philosophy the cooking method in China does not involve too much heat exposure.

An entire steam section in the menu will have guests drooling with the many options offered. Right from dim sums to bao to kothes, one can try them all in a variety of fillings. Another very attractive addition is the salads that have been brought in. In fact the Chef Wen Wang salad in the menu is something that is a personal recipe of the Chef himself and he recommends it specially.

The starters have also undergone an interesting change. Taking a step back from the deep fry cooking concept, Chef has come up with a sauté and wok tossed mix of recipes. Not only are the flavours very enigmatic here, but the health quotient of the meal is also kept at an all-time high. Wok tossed water chestnut with burnt garlic, is a dish that the Chef suggests to guests who like their vegetables crunchy and yummy.

Old favourites like the Peking duck and grills have been retained in the new menu. Chef Wen Wang has played a lot with aubergine and okra too in order to create some ‘never seen before dishes’ in the main course. Meat lovers will be spoilt for choice with almost all kinds of meats being roped in. Right from chicken, lamb, pork and even sea food, one can try it all in different styles of cooking and presentations.

Surinder Singh, General Manager Taj Chandigarh feels that evolving is important and even though the previous menu was hitting a home run, he did feel that Chef’s suggestion were very unique and would be welcomed by guests whole-heartedly.

The session included a thrilling Quiz contest for students. Two candidates were shortlisted for the next round from the school.

In an interactive session with the expert, children at the school learnt various nuances of the internet world. Topics of discussion included the potential risks related to internet and how to avoid these, exposure to inappropriate material, harassment and bullying, physical molestation, legal and financial, viruses and hackers. Additionally, important guidelines were imparted on how children can avoid online risks, rules for online safety, and how to be a smart internet user.

Sony SAB’s Namune Presents a Brand New ‘Namuna’-"Damu Istriwaala" This Weekend

The show has been giving audiences a slice of life, making it more relatable, with a loving touch of the legendary P. L. Deshpande. We have been seeing ‘atrangi’ characters straight out of his books, such as Babdu and Mama Murari.

This weekend on Namune, audiences will be pleased to see one of the most relatable characters created by PuLa – ‘Damu Istriwaala’. One day, Niranjan picks up a fight with his existing istriwala and to be firm with his words and driven by his ego, he ends up firing him. Niranjan finds this new man, Damu and gives him the job. Damu is has a reputation for vanishing and not returning his customers’ clothes, even wearing them slyly. Not just this, Damu also loves boasting about himself and his work. Niranjan, unaware of Damu’s misdeeds earlier, later realizes later that things have gone out of control.

The story takes an interesting twist as Niranjan has an annual meeting coming up, for which he has to wear a particular blue suit, which is the dress code. The meeting day arrives and Niranjan’s suit is still with Damu who, not surprisingly, is untraceable. Damu’s character is portrayed by the veteran, Nagesh Bhonsle, who is known for his robust roles in films and television.

Commenting on his part in Namune as Damu Istriwaala, Nagesh Bhonsle said that he feels really blessed to be a part of Sony SAB’s Namune. He has grown up reading P.L Deshpande’s stories and playing one of his characters on the show is like a dream come true for him. Chandigarh 08^th August:- सेक्टर 27 स्थित श्री सनातन धर्म मंदिर में 10 अगस्त को शिव परिवार की मूर्ति स्थापना की जाएगी। इस कार्यक्रम हेतु मंदिर में कलश यात्रा निकालने के साथ ही समारोह आरंभ हो गए हैं जो दस अगस्त तक मूर्ति स्थापना तक चलेंगे। श्री सनातन धर्म मंदिर सभा के मुताबिक यह शुभ कार्य श्री श्री 1008 महामंडलेश्वर गिरिधर गिरि महाराज की अध्यक्षता में हो रहा है। दस अगस्त को प्राथ- साढ़े आठ बजे हवन होगा व प्रात: दस बजे मूर्ति स्थापना समारोह होगा। उसके बाद दोपहर एक बजे अटूट भंडारा बरताया जाएगा।

Dance & Fitness Professionals Get Together to Start 'Fit Dance Studio': A Holistic Dance & Fitness Training Platform

Chandigarh 08^th August:- Club Salsa International(CSI) has unveiled 'Fit Dance Studio' a holistic, spacious  &  International level dance & fitness training platform, founded by top dance professionals of Tricity. The studio which has come up in Sector 32 D Market

is the brainchild of Varun D S Rana, Director of Club Salsa International.

Varun D S  Rana is the Co Founder of the Studio. Varun is also Joint Secretary for All India Dancesport Federation(AIDSF), World Bhangra Council(WBC) & CDSA(Chandigarh Dancesport Association). Amardeep Sohal, is another Co Founder  of Fit Dance Studio. He is also the Head of Marketing(CSI) & General Secretar,, Himachal Dancesport Association. Aman Sohal is the third Co Founder.  Aman also is  Head of PR (CSI) & General  Secretary , Haryana Dancesport Association.  Avtar Chana – Founder of World Bhangra Council(WBC) & an International Bhangra Judge, is also part of the team that has set up the studio, & he will be not just act as a Consultant on Bhangra for the studio but will also set up an office of World Bhangra Council at the studio. All these people took part in a press meet to announce details of the new venture.

DishTV Launches Skill for Amazon Alexa in India

Construction of Grand Ram Temple Begins in Thailand's 'Ayutthaya'

Chandigarh 08^th August :- After an elaborate 'bhumi poojan' ceremony, the construction of a 'grand Ram temple' was begun today by the Ram Janmabhumi Nirman Nyas Trust in Ayutthaya in Thailand, a senior functionary of the organisation said. The temple would help spread the message of Lord Ram outside India, he said.

Ram Janmabhumi Nirman Nyas Trust president Mahant Janmejay Sharan told over the phone from Bangkok , said that after performing rituals of bhumi poojan, the construction of a grand Ram temple has been started in Ayutthaya. As there is delay in the construction of a Ram temple in Ayodhya with the matter pending in the Supreme Court, we, the devotees of Ram, have started construction of a temple here.

 He added that we expect the the decision of the apex court will come soon in our favour and we will start the construction of the temple in Ayodhya, Sharan said.This temple (in Ayutthaya) will pave way for the temple in our own Ayodhya.

He sad that he expect the construction in Ayodhya will start before Kumbh-2019. He said that the construction of the temple in Thailand will establish India as 'vishwa guru' (world leader) at the intellectual level and help spread the message of Lord Ram globally.

The Ram temple is being constructed on the bank of Chao Phraya river which flows through the heart of Bangkok.

It is said that in the 15th century, the capital of Thailand was a city called Ayutthaya, which is Ayodhya in the local language.

When Burmese soldiers overran this city in the 18th century, a new king rose. He called himself Rama I, established the city now known as Bangkok, wrote the epic Ramakien, which is Ramayana in the local language, made it the national epic, and got it painted as murals on the walls of the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, patronised by the royal family, it is believed.

Though he was a Buddhist, the king established his royal credentials by identifying himself with Lord Ram, who was as much a hero for Buddhists of south-east Asia as he was for the Hindus of south Asia.
