Education Department Celebrates Teacher’s Day

Chandigarh 05^th September:- Teacher’s Day was celebrated by Education Department, Chandigarh Administration at Tagore Theatre today, Parimal Rai, Adviser to the Administrator, UT, Chandigarh was the Chief Guest at the occasion. 11 teachers from various schools of Chandigarh were honoured with the State Award and six teachers were given the Commendation Certificate for their Commitment and dedication in the field of Education. National Awardees of 2015, Mrs. Seema Malhotra from GMSSS-19 and Mrs. Asatinder Kaur from GMHS-22 were also honoured on the occasion.

Speaking on the occasion, the Adviser congratulated the teachers and motivated them to continue with the good work and inspired them to teach, demonstrate, mould and be role models for the future of the Country.

The programme commenced with the Lamp lighting Ceremony followed by Ganesh Vandana represented through Kathak dance form presented by Mrs. Amrita Bhullar. A dance recital ‘Guru Mahima’ was performed by the Principal and teachers of GMSSS-33. Also present on the occasion were Sarvjit Singh, Finance and Education Secretary, Rubinderjit Singh Brar, Director School Education read out the Teacher’s Day message from the Hon’ble President, Pranab Mukherjee and Prime Minister, Narendra Modi.

कागजों में हेरफेर कर कोढ़ी आश्रम की जगह पर बन गया पूजा कॉम्पलैक्स

Chandigarh 05^th September:- अम्बाला शहर के कालका चौंक पर बने पूजा कॉम्पलैक्स को लेकर बैली मौमोरियल सोसायटी के सदस्यों ने एक पै्रस वार्ता करते हुए बताया कि बनाए गए उक्त कॉम्पलैक्स को लैपर मिशन सोसायटी की जमीन पर नाजायज तौर से धोखाधड़ी करके बनाया है। प्रैस वार्ता में सचिन मसीह ने जानकारी देते बताया कि 1856 में उक्त भूमि को जिस भूमि पर कि आज शहर के एक प्रसिद्ध व्यवसायी (पूजा साड़ी वालों ने) शहर में अपना एक अन्य कॉम्पलैक्स बनाया है। असल में यह भूमि वर्ष 1856 में श्री वैलसली कोसबी बैली नाम के एक यीशु भक्त ने कुष्ट रोगों से पीडि़त व्यक्तियों हेतु लैपर होम, गरीब मरीजो के मुफत ईलाज के लिए एक बहुत बड़ी डिस्पैंसरी तथा मसीही लोगों द्वारा की जाने वाले प्रार्थना हेतु एक चर्च बनाने के लिए 20 रूपए 40 पैसे सालाना किराए पर लिया था । तथा देश के विभाजन के समय इस प्रोपर्टी के मालिक नूरा, अब्दल्ला इत्यादि तो पाकिस्तान चले गए । तत्पश्चात यह प्रोपर्टी एवेक्यू  प्रोपर्टी बन गई और जिसका मालिकाना हक तो पूरी तरह से केन्द्र सरकार का हो गया लेकिन बावजूद इसके इस जमीन का कब्जा पादरी मिशन अस्पताल के पास ही रहा। परमेश्वर का भय न मानते हुए मसीह समाज के ही एक व्यक्ति डा0 पी.ए पॉल जिन्हें कि लैपर मिशन सोसायटी का डायरेक्टर बनाया गया था, उन्होने इस भूमि को एक तरह से केन्द्रीय सरकार को धोखे में रखते हुए पत्ती सूबा अकबरपुर के खसरा नम्बर 23/35 में स्थित 29 कनाल 15 मरला जमीन को लैपर होम अम्बाला के नाम पर मात्र 19,639 रूपए में दिनांक 1.4.1971 को खरीद लिया।

गौरतलब है कि सरकार द्वारा खरीदी गई इस जमीन के लेन-देन में यह लाईन साफ तौर पर लिखी हुई थी कि उक्त जमीन सिर्फ किसी चैरिटी के लिए ही इस्तेमाल में लाई जा सकती है। इस जमीन में तो हेरफेर का काम उसी दिन से श्ुारू हो गया और इस हेरफेर कोआगे बढ़ाते हुए डा0 पी.ए पॉल ने की गई कन्वैंस डीड में दिनांक 12.10.1971 को सरकार को सोसयटी का नाम ठीक करवाने बारे लिखा। इसके बाद सरकार के ही कुछ अधिकारियों ने न जाने क्यूं व किन कारणों से  कागजों की सही जांच किए बिना ही दिनांक 27.10.1972 को लैपर मिशन सोसायटी के नाम एक नई कन्वैंस डीड जारी कर दी।

सदस्यों ने बताया कि सबसे बड़ा फ्रॉड डा0 पी.ए पॉल व उस समय के अम्बाला के एक अति वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता बख्तावर सिंह ने किया। उन्होने गैर कानूनी, नाजायज तथा गलत तरीके से पहले तो जमीन को अपने नाम करवा लिया और इसके बाद अपने-अपने हिस्से को अपने-अपने वारिसों के नाम वसीयत व गिफ्ट डीड के माध्यम से उनके नाम करवा भी दिया। इसके बाद जिन वारिसों के नाम यह जमीन हुई उन्होने अपने हिस्से की जमीन को भिन्न-भिन्न नामों के माध्यम से मनजीत सिंह, सुखबीर सिंह व हरदीप सिंह जगगी पुत्र करतार सिंह व उसके सहयोगयिों को बेच दिया। इसके बाद उक्त 29 कनाल 15 मरला जगह के मालिक अम्बाला के मशहूर प्रोपर्टी डीलर कागजों के हिसाब से हरदीप सिंह जगगी बन गए। इसके बाद उक्त मालिकों ने दिनांक 27.6.2005 को प्रलेख नम्बर 3385 के अनुसार उक्त जमीन को डब्लयू.टी.एम डवैलपर्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड फ्लैट नम्बर 26-27 समय विहार , सैक्टर 13, रोहिणी दिल्ली जिसके कि प्रोपराइटर विनोद कुमार, मकान नम्बर 791 सैक्टर 7 अर्बन स्टेट अम्बाला शहर, मनजीत सिंह व सुखजीत सिंह निवासी गांव गोली जिला अम्बाला को बेच दिया।

उल्लेखनीय बात यह है कि उक्त जमीन की खरीद-फरोख्त में जो मुख्तयारनामा लगाया गया है उसे फर्जी व झूठा बताया गया है। उदाहरण स्वरूप प्रैस नोट के माध्यम से बताया गया कि हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा की गई एक जांच पश्चात दी गई रिर्पोट के बाद उपायुक्त अम्बाला के माध्यम से जो भी बैनामे टाटीपुर (गवालियर मध्य प्रदेश) के बने हुए थे उन सभी को निरस्त किया गया था।  डब्लयू.टी.एम डवैलपर्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड ने अपने द्वारा की गई धोखधड़ी व अपने द्वारा किए गए जालसाजी के काम को असली रूप देने से पहले खरीदी गई जमीन को उन्हीं मालिकों को 115-115 वर्ग गज के प्लाटों में काटकर बेच दिया। प्रैस नोट में बताया गया है कि इस बार जो 50-60 रजिस्ट्रीयां उक्त जमीन की हुई दिखाई गई उनमें से आधी से ज्यादा डमी व बेमानी थी तथा इसके बाद इसी जमीन को खरीदने वाले मनजीत, सुखजीत व हरदीप ने इसी डब्लयू.टी.एम डवैलपर्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड कम्पनी को किए गए बैनामे की रूह से वापस ट्रांसफर भी कर दिया । और उक्त प्राइवेट लिमिटेड कंपनी वालों ने उस जगह पर जिस जगह पर कि कोढ़ीखाना, अस्पताल व चर्च होना चाहिए था, एक बहुत बड़ा मॉल  बना दिया है। वैसे तो इसका विरोध 2012 से ही चल रहा है। इसाई समाज ने इस बारे में सडक़ों पर उतरकर रोड़ जाम भी किए, इसके अलावा इसकी शिकायत उपायुक्त से लेकर अम्बाला शहर के पूर्व विधायक विनोद शर्मा, पूर्व सांसद कुमारी शैलजा, कांग्रेस के राष्ट्रीय महासचिव ऑस्कर फर्नांडीज़, पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री भूपेन्रद सिंह हुड्डा व मैनयोरिटी  कमीशन के वाईस चेयरमैन पी.एन संगलानिया तक से भी की गई थी। लेकिन बीते तीन सालों से बकायदा पुलिस व प्रशासन को सारे सबूत दिखाए जाने बाद भी किसी भी पुलिस व प्रशासनिक अधिकारी की हिम्मत नही हुई कि इस काम्पलैक्स के चलते हुए निर्माण को राकेने की। हारकर कुछ मसीही लोगों व मसीह सोसायटी के पदाधिकारियों ने  निचली व ऊपर की अदालतों में केस भी डाले तथा इन केसों की सुनवाई भी हालांकि आज की तारीख तक जबकि चल भी रही है लेकिन उक्त कॉम्पलैक्स का चलता हुआ काम अभी तक नही रूका है और अभी पिछले दिनों मोहाली के रहने वाले एक व्यक्ति ने हाईकोर्ट में एक जनहित याचिका भी डाल दी है जिसकी सुनवाई की तारीख 27.11.2016 लगी हुई है और सुनने में आया है कि इस बारे में पूजा साड़ी वालों को नोटिस भी हो चुका है लेकिन पूजा साड़ी वालों की दिलेरी है कि माननीय अदालत द्वारा अभी तक कोई अंतिम फैसला न सुनाए जाने के बाद भी उक्त कॉम्पलैक्स के मालिक सुनने में आ रहा है कि इस कॉम्पलैक्स में बनी दूकानों को करीब 3 लाख रूपए महीना किराए के हिसाब से तथा 6 करोड़ रूपए प्रति दूकान को बेचने का ले रहे हैं और इससे भी बड़े ताज्जूब की बात यह है कि व्यापारी इस कॉम्पलैक्स में बनी दूकानों को लाखों रूपए के किराए पर व करोड़ों रूपए की खरीद पर ले भले ही रहे हैं लेकिन उन्हें पूजा कॉम्पलैक्स वाले लिखित में कुछ भी नही दे रहे हैं। इस अब तक के सारे घटनाक्रम को देखते हुए अब तो यही लग रहा है कि जिन कोढिय़ों को 1974 में यहां से उजाड़ा गया था उन कोढिय़ों द्वारा उस समय की दी गई बद्दुआएं अगर इस जगह पर पहले बने कोढ़ी आश्रम को खरीदकर उसकी जगह काम्पलैक्स बनाने वाले खरीदारों को अगर को लग गई और उक्त काम्पलैक्स के मालिक उच्चतम अदालत में विचाराधीन उक्त जमीन का केस अगर हार गए तो उक्त कॉम्पलैक्स में बनी दुकानों को खरीदने वाले खरीदार अपने द्वारा बिना किसी लिखा-पढ़ी के दिए गए करोड़ो रूपयों को कैसे वसूलेंगे?

Chandigarh 05^th September:- ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਰਾਜ ਦੇ ਨੀਲੇ ਕਾਰਡ ਧਾਰਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਟਾ ਦਾਲ ਸਕੀਮ ਤਹਿਤ ਪਿੰਡ ਬਲੌਂਗੀ ਵਿਖੇ ਕਣਕ ਦੀ ਵੰਡ ਦਾ ਜਾਇਜਾ ਲੈਂਦਿਆਂ ਐਸ.ਡੀ.ਐਮ ਲਖਮੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਹੁਣ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਮੁਤਾਬਿਕ ਆਟਾ ਦਾਲ ਸਕੀਮ ਤਹਿਤ ਪਿੰਡ ਪੱਧਰ ਤੇ ਬਣਾਈਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਨਿਗਰਾਨ ਕਮੇਟੀਆਂ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਪੰਚ ਵੀ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਹਨ ਦੀ ਨਿਗਰਾਨੀ ਹੇਠ ਆਟਾ ਦਾਲ ਸਕੀਮ ਤਹਿਤ ਕਣਕ ਅਤੇ ਦਾਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਵੰਡ ਪੁਰੀ ਪਾਰਦਰਸ਼ਤਾਂ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। 

ਐਸ.ਡੀ ਐਮ ਲਖਮੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਮੁਤਾਬਿਕ ਆਟਾ ਦਾਲ ਸਕੀਮ ਲਈ ਸਬਡਵੀਜਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਿੰਡ ਪੱਧਰ ਤੇ ਨਿਗਰਾਨ ਕਮੇਟੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਗਠਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਡਿਪੂ ਹੋਲਡਰਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਆਟਾ ਦਾਲ ਸਕੀਮ ਤਹਿਤ ਕਣਕ ਅਤੇ ਦਾਲ ਵੰਡਣ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਖੁਰਾਕ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਵਲ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਇੰਸਪੈਕਟਰ ਅਤੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਦੀ ਨਿਗਰਾਨ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੀ ਦੇਖ ਰੇਖ ਹੇਠ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਯੋਗ ਨੀਲੇ ਕਾਰਡ ਧਾਰਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਇਸ  ਸਕੀਮ ਦਾ ਲਾਭ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਣਕ ਅਤੇ ਦਾਲ ਵੰਡਣ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਪੁਰੀ ਪਾਰਦਰਸ਼ਤਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਨੀਲੇ ਕਾਰਡ ਧਾਰਕਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਕਣਕ ਲੈਣ ਲਈ ਦਰਪੇਸ਼ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲ ਬਾਰੇ ਵੀ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਪਰੰਤੂ ਨੀਲੇ ਕਾਰਡ ਧਾਰਕਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਤਸੱਲੀ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।

Shobha Yatra in Connection with 1200th Anniversary of Gurjar Samrat Mihir Bhoj Ji

Chandigarh 05^th September:- The shobha Yatra was taken out in connection with 1200^th Anniversary of Gurjar Samrat Mihir Bhoj Ji on Sunday from Kaimbala to Chandigarh and Mohali (Punjab).The Yatra was flag of by chief guest Sumer Singh Gurjar (sectary government of Punjab) and guest of honour S S Chhokar (SBI).

Before flag of the Shobha yatra Sumer Singh narrated the history of Gurjar Samrat Mihir Bhoj Ji and given information about the development at that time, afterwards S S Chhokar spoke on the value of education and guided the youngsters to get higher education and try in Govt. jobs. Chandigarh 05^th September:- ब्लूमिंग डेल पब्लिक स्कूल हरमिलाप नगर फेस 2 बलटाना में शिक्षक दिवस बड़े हर्षोउल्लास के साथ मनाया गया । प्रातः काल की प्रार्थना सभा में बच्चों ने शिक्षकों का सम्मान करते हुए उनके माथे पर तिलक लगाया और उनसे आशीर्वाद लिया । इसके पश्चात बच्चों ने अपने विचार कविता और नाटकों के रुप में प्रस्तुत किए कुछ छोटे बच्चों ने अध्यापकों की नकल करते हुए सभी को लोट-पोट कर दिया । सीनियर कक्षा के विद्यार्थियों ने स्कूल की जिम्मेदारी संभाली वह जूनियर कक्षाओं में अध्यापक बन कर गए और बच्चों को पढ़ाया ।

इस अवसर पर स्कूल की मुख्य अध्यापिका वीना रावत ने डॉक्टर राधाकृष्णन के गुणों की चर्चा करते हुए सभी अध्यापकों को शिक्षक दिवस की बधाई दी और सभी शिक्षकों को अपने कर्तव्यों के प्रति सचेत रहने के लिए प्रेरित किया अंत में बच्चों ने अध्यापकों वह प्रिंसिपल को उपहार भेंट कर अपनी खुशी व्यक्त की।

Furious, the corrupt politician challenges him to play the role a CM for a day to understand the difficulty of his role. Shivaji Rao accepts the challenge, only to change the face of the state. He fires all the corrupt government officials and gets Balraj Chauhan arrested, as he thinks he is the root cause of the state’s problems. What will this one-day CM’s fate be after his tenure gets over? Will Balraj Chauhan create havoc and ruin Rao’s image in front
