अशोक तंवर ने घोषित किया हरियाणा कांग्रेस के संगठनात्मक चुनाव का कार्यक्रम

Chandigarh 01st May:- कांग्रेस पार्टी के संगठनात्मक चुनाव का कार्यक्रम घोषित कर दिया गया है। हरियाणा प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी के अध्यक्ष डा0 अशोक तंवर ने आज चण्डीगढ़ में संवाददाता सम्मेलन में यह जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि 15 मई 2017 तक जो व्यक्ति पार्टी के सदस्य बनेंगे उनके डैलीगेट ही चुनाव में भाग ले सकेंगे। उन्होने बताया कि हरिओम कौशिक, महासचिव, हरियाणा प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी को हरियाणा में संगठनात्मक चुनाव का प्रभारी नियुक्त किया गया है।  
उन्होने कहा कि ब्लाक कांग्रेस कमेटियों के पदाध्किारीयों तथा प्रदेश के डैलीगेटों के चुनाव की प्रक्रिया 21 अगस्त से 4 सितंबर के बीच मुकम्मल की जाएगी।  जिला कांग्रेस कमेटियों के पदाध्किारीयों तथा प्रदेश कार्यकारणी का चुनाव 5 सितंबर से 15 सितंबर के बीच सम्पन्न होगा। 
प्रदेश कांग्रेस के पदाध्किारी, कार्यकारणी सदस्य तथा कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष, अखिल भारतीय कांग्रेस कमेटी के सदस्य 16 सितंबर से 15 अकतूबर के बीच चुने जाऐंगे।


Deepti Brought Laurel for Chandigarh by Winning Mrs.North India

Chandigarh 01st May:- Chandigarh based corporate trainer and a mother of two, 37 years Deepti Mahat continues to bring Chandigarh on top in glamour world as she crowned Mrs North 2017at Mrs India North–2017 contest which was held at New Delhi last month. Contestants participated in the Pageant organised in two categories- Mrs India North below 40 and Classic Mrs India North-2017 for above 40 years. The event was hosted by Mrs Deepali Phadnis, Director, Mrs India Pageants and Productions Pvt Ltd, who are also credited for hosting Mrs World, Mrs Asia International and Mrs Planet.
Deepti represented Chandigarh and Himachal Pradesh to win this title. First runner up position was bagged by Mrs Prachi Agarwal from Chhattisgarh while second runner up position was bagged by Mrs. Duyu Meena from Arunachal Pradesh.
Auditions were held in January this year at New Delhi followed by semi-final where Mrs India North-2017 was crowned. 37 contestants competed in Talent Round, Fitness Round and Interviews. They were also put through various training sessions and workshops on etiquettes, SWOT analysis, Skin & Hair care, choreography, Odissi dance and the like besides making their profiles in Photo and Video shoots. Grand Finale witnessed scintillating performance by all contestants which took the eyes and hearts to another world.
16 contestants were selected as Finalists, who were put through a Question-Answer round. They were made to formulate and articulate reply to one question posed to everyone. Finally, winners were announced and crowned in serene Mrs India North 2017 in two categories Mrs. India North 2017 (Below 40 Years of Age) and Classic Mrs India North 2017 (Above 40 Years)
Mrs. Deepti Mahat is happily married to a police officer, Vishal Mahat, for 10 years and the couple is blessed with two daughters–Angel & Alysa. By profession, Mrs. Deepti Mahat is a dedicated educationist with close to 15 years of work experience in the education industry. She is known for her contribution in charting success stories of hundreds of students as well as Working professionals. In her career journey, she has donned various roles. She is a renowned career counsellor, corporate trainer, marketing manager, teacher trainer, content developer, communication specialist & soft skills trainer. 
Her journey in the glamour world has just begun and she is gearing up for Mrs India Finale which scheduled for June 2017
Mrs Deepti Mahat is able to manage family, profession and modelling because of strong faith in her abilities, support extended by her husband and parents, and trust of her friends. Chandigarh 01st May:- Maharishi Dayanand Public School Daria, Chandigarh organized a Skit on water resources day in collaboration with Environment Department, Chandigarh. Through the skit students expressed that water is an essential resource for all life on the planet. Forest is nature’s water factories. Forests capture, store, purify and release clean water.
As the global population grows, so demand for fresh water increases. On the earth only three percent of water is fresh. Fresh water is exploiting by mankind in ever increasing demand for sanitation, drinking, manufacturing, leisure and agriculture. Many people who live in dry region face water scarcity. Many water systems around the world are currently overtaxed and some have already collapsed.
People should protect drinking water. Innovative solutions can serve as models for conservation anywhere on earth. All should work to break down barriers that exist between conservation and health. Clean water should be promoted for all. This skit played in the Main Market of the village was liked by one and all.
Surpanch Gupreet Singh appreciated the efforts done by the Eco Club students. He said institution will be honored for bringing awareness in masses. Panches and a large number of villagers were also present at this occasion. 
Principal Dr. Vinod Kumar told the main aim of this skit was to create awareness about water resources.

Chandigarh 01st May:- वैशाख मास  पावन अवसर पर 7 मई तक जारी श्रीमद्भागवत कथा ज्ञान महायज्ञ के उपलक्ष्य में भव्य कलश यात्रा का आयोजन किया गया। जो कि सैक्टर 41  स्थित श्री दुर्गा माता मंदिर से होती हुई कथा स्थल सेक्टर 37 सी स्थित भगवान परशुराम भवन में पहुंची। बैंड़ बाजों के साथ सैकड़ों श्रद्धालुओं संकीर्तन मंडलियों के साथ यह कलश यात्रा जिन जिन मार्गों से होकर गुजरी वहाँ के लोगों ने यात्रा का स्वागत् किया। इस दौरान ट्राईसिटी की विभिन्न संकीर्तन मंडलियों ने कीर्तन भी किया। यह कलश यात्रा में कथा व्यास आचार्य कैलाश प्रसाद तथा पं. देवी प्रसाद पैन्यूली के सानिध्य में निकाली गई।
कलश यात्रा के मंदिर में पहुंचने पर श्री गणेश पूजन, वरूण पूजन, षोड्स मात्रिका पूजन, नवग्रह पूजन, पितृ पूजन, श्रीमद् भागवत व्यास पूजन, श्री लक्ष्मीनारायण पूजन अन्य पूजन विधि विधान से करने के पश्चात् ट्राईसिटी की विभिन्न महिला संकीर्तन मंडलियों  द्वारा संकीर्तन किया गया।

कार्यक्रमों का प्रारूपसेक्टर 37 सी स्थित भगवान परशुराम भवन में 1 मई से आयोजित श्रीमद्भागवत कथा ज्ञानयज्ञ के बारें में मंदिर के पुजारी पं. देवी प्रसाद पैन्यूली ने जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि श्रीमद् भागवत ज्ञान यज्ञ में कथा व्यास आचार्य कैलाश प्रसाद दोपहर 3 बजे से 7 बजे तक श्रद्धालुओं को श्रीमद् भागवत् महापुराण का अमृत पान करवायेगें जो कि 7 मई तक जारी रहेगें। उन्होनें बताया कि कथा के समापन दिन विशाल भंडारें भागवत पारायण एवं हवन प्रात: 7:30 से होगा। इस दिन कथा का समय सुबह 10:30 बजे निर्धारित किया गया है।


Short Stories Collection of Journalist Kewal Singh Rana's ‘Halafnama’ Released

Chandigarh 01st May:- ‘Halafnama’, a short story collection in Punjabi, authored by senior journalist Kewal Singh Rana, was released here at Shivalik Public School. Uma Shankar Gupta, Additional Commissioner, Chandigarh Municipal Corporation, was the chief guest of the programme. Bibi Jagjeet Kaur Kahlon, Chairperson, Hari Singh Memorial Trust, Mohali was the guest of the honour.
Kewal Singh Rana said that he has written 90 short stories taken from real life incidents, on Corruption in different walks of life in our society. These cover corruption in Politics, Religion, Legal field, Police, Health sector, Government departments etc. The 116 pages book in Punjabi is a must read for those in power so that they use their influence to correct things before it’s too late.
Dr Gurdarpal Singh discussed few of the short stories from the newly released collection, while Deepak Chanarthal appreciated the reality touch of the stories. Chief guest Uma Shankar Gupta said that people like Kewal Singh Rana were a ‘boon to the society’.
The book was released at a literary event where a brief poetry session was also held. A battery of poets participated in this. Prominent among them were Darshan Teuna, Daljeet Kaur Daun, Manjeet Kaur Ambalawi, Hari Singh Maujpuri, Sukhvir Singh Dhami, Prof Balwinder Singh, Prof Sukhvir Kaur, Dhyan Singh Kahlon, Darshan Banur, Narinder Singh Kang, Kulbir Saini and Gurinder Kalsi.  
A large number of local journalists and members of literary community also took part in the book release ceremony. It turned out to be a memorable event.

Governor Badnore Inaugurates Cancer Detection & Awareness Camp

Chandigarh 01st May:- V. P. Singh Badnore, Governor Punjab and Administrator UT Chandigarh today inaugurated Mega Cancer Awareness Camp organized jointly by the Amrit Cancer Foundation and World Cancer Care Charitable Trust at IMA complex here today.
While addressing the gathering, the Governor expressed concern over the rise of cancer patients in the country. He said that there is an urgent need to launch a massive cancer awareness campaign in order to make people conscious about this disease. He said that the research has found out that if detected at the first stage cancer could be cured. He also asked the people to go in for a vegetarian and organic diet and use maximum herbs like turmeric etc. regularly as herbs have medicinal properties which can naturally cure many diseases from within human body.
He also said that the patients belonging to the BPL families in Punjab have been given the financial assistance under State Illness Fund. Under Mukh Mantri Cancer Rahat Kosh Society an amount of Rs. 20 Crore has also been made available by the state government for the cancer patients besides providing an amount upto Rs. 1.50 Lakhs for cancer treatment.
The Governor has also asked the Amrit Cancer Foundation and World Cancer Care Charitable Trust to send a proposal to utilize the government dispensaries lying unused in the rural areas around Chandigarh.
Speaking on the occasion H.S. Sabharwal said that this was the first NGO in the Northern region which was carrying out all the expensive tests free of cost. He also informed that 5 Special Mobile Screening Buses fully equipped with latest machines for detecting test like Mammography, PAPsmear, PSA, oral cancer detect test have also been deployed on the spot. These vehicles are specially fabricated by a U.K. Trust.  Cancer Awareness Video was also screened and leaflets on the same were distributed. He told that a team of 20 dedicated doctors have participate, a cancer detection awareness talk on the occasion.
 More than 5 thousand people were screened during the camp.

H. S. Sabherwal added that now we have taken as mission to aware the masses about the cancer its precaution, how to self examine & what to do when it occurs. Cancer is curable when it is detected at first stage. And for the detection of cancer at early stage we are going to provide cancer tests at door step of the patients.
​Now we have a tie-up with “World cancer society” of U.K to cover Chandigarh & surrounding areas. We have a target to reach every house in the vicinity within two years. World cancer society has provided three fully equipped Buses for awareness & detection of cancer patients in the society. It is our second camp after the tie up with World cancer society. We are planning to organize 50 such camps within three years. In these camps mammography, Pap smear, Bone density, PSA tests, Blood tests for cancer shall be performed totally free of cost for public. We will also guide & help the patients detected in these camps by giving them counseling as well as medicines.

Reliance Entertainment Launches BIGFLIX India’s First Multi Language HD Movie Platform

Hindi Music Album ‘Jhankaar’ Released

Chandigarh 29th April:- ‘Jhankaar’, a hindi music album , sung by Dr. Sangeeta Chaudhary and produced by Pal Music is released today at Press Club sector 27,Chandigarh. The album was released by the renowned Panjabi film actress Neena Bundel.  
The producer of Pal Music Company, Om Sharma said that the music of all the eight songs in the album has been given by Anil Sharma. The songs has been written by Kaazi Nazrul Islam and translated into Hindi by Dr. Sangeeta Chaudhary.
A lot of albums have been released by Pal Music Company and they are being well received and good response among the listeners. The whole team of Pal Music Company including Navgaurav, Inderjee has helped a lot in releasing this album.
Dr. Sangeeta chaudhary, done her Ph.D in vocal music from Panjab University, Chandigarh, and  is at present organising Musical programs under the name of ‘SWARA SAPTAK SOCIETY’ and also imparting tuitions in music. She is recipient of ‘Nazrul Award-2011’, ‘Sayiada Issabella award-2013’ and many more. Her book entitled “kazi Njrul Islam dwara rachit geeton ka alochna” is already published and is being well received among readers.
Neena Bundel said that soon her fan will see her in films. She is going to start her own movie. She said that she listened all the songs of albums and she really likes it.


Company Booked for Fraud of 50 Lakh: Car Hit Motorcyclist Later Died at Hospital

Chandigarh 29th April:- A case FIR No. 65, U/S 279, 304-A IPC has been registered in PS-3, Chandigarh against driver of unknown vehicle who sped away after hit to unknown pedestrian at 9/17 dividing road, Chandigarh. He got injured and lifted to PGI, Chandigarh where was declared brought dead. Investigation of the case is in progress.
A Case FIR no. 66, U/S 336 IPC has been registered in PS-3, Chandigarh on the statement of Atul Verma of Guru Nanak Colony Rajpura Patiala (PB) who is working as finance Consultant in O/O special secretary finance, Chandigarh alleged that unknown person fire bullet on his Vento car no. PB-11AY-6667, while it was parked at UT, Secretariat staff parking. Investigation of the case is in progress.
Ravi Khanna R/o SCO no. 208, Sector-24-D, Chandigarh alleged that someone has stolen Copper Pipe of A/c from Roof top of said SCO no. 208, Sector-24-D, Chandigarh. A Case FIR No. 83, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-11, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
Lallan Parshad R/O # 937, PH-10 Mohali (PB) alleged that driver of car no. PB-01V-3934 namely Inderjit Singh R/O VPO Jalajal Teh. Khanna, Distt. Ludhiana (PB) hit to Pulsar M/Cycle no. CH-03V-5848 at Sector-46/47 Dividing road.Motorcyclist Deepak admitted to GMCH-32, from where he was referred to PGI and expired later on. A Case FIR NO. 143, U/S 279, 304-A IPC has been registered in PS-31, Chandigarh Investigation of the case is in progress.
A case FIR No. 128 U/s 420, 120-B IPC and 66-D IT Act registered in PS-39, Chandigarh on the complaint of Gurdayal Chand R/o # 3111/1, Sector-41-D, Chandigarh against CITI Enterprises JRS Value Ltd, which done fraud of Rs. 50 lakh approximately with complainant. Investigation of the case is in progress.
Sanjeev R/O # 193, Shahpur Colony Sector-38/West Chandigarh alleged that someone has stolen away complainant’s Activa Scooter no. CH-01AY-2616 from parking of market Sector-38-D Chandigarh. A case FIR No. 129, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
Chander Deep Vashist R/O # 2824, Sector-40/C Chandigarh alleged that Vishal R/O not confirm who was driving car no. PB-65AG-4486 hit to his car no. CH-01AZ-3011, near # 2683, Sector-40, Chandigarh.  A case FIR no. 130, U/S 279 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
Beer inder Singh R/o Ward No. 9, Opposite Govt Primary School, Distt. Kharar, PB, alleged that driver of tipper number not confirm, which hit to complainant’s Activa No.PB65H-9657 at Dadu Majra to togan road, Chandigarh on 28.04.2017. Resultantly pillion rider Jaswinder kaur got injured and was declared brought dead in GMSH-16, Chandigarh. A case FIR no. 66, U/S 279, 304-A IPC has been registered in PS-Maloya, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
