I Love Playing Characters with Grey Shades: Utkarsha Naik

Chandigarh Feb. 22, 2021:- Actors who have been in the industry for a very long time tends to find the genre that suits them best and opt similar roles. But Utkarsha Naik who is currently seen in Dangal TV’s Prem Bandhan loves to bring in a new element in every character she plays. The first time she played a negative character received a lot of love from the audience. And she was then offered multiple grey shade characters but she made sure she gave a different touch to each of them.

She says her character Savita in Prem Bandhan has a very angle itself. Sharing her experience of performing this role, Utkarsha said that she has played negative roles in the past, but the phase that Savita is in currently is different from all of them. Savita started out as a very positive character but she has now turned negative that is only disclosed to the audience but not to her family. So as an actor, she still has to switch between a positive and negative personality which is very exciting for her. The way she talks and even her body language changes accordingly. And she personally also enjoys playing the grey shade characters and her audience has also loved her in her vamp avatars. So, she is sure they are going to enjoy this new twist in the show. The audience is eager to see this side of Utkarsha’s character once again.

LIC OF INDIA Launches New Plan- LIC’s BIMA JYOTI

Chandigarh Feb. 22, 2021:- Life Insurance Corporation of India has introduced LIC’s Bima Jyoti a Non-Linked, Non-Participating, Individual, Savings Plan which offers an attractive combination of protection and savings.  This plan provides guaranteed lumpsum payment at maturity and financial support to the family in case of unfortunate death of the policyholder during policy term. It can be purchased Offline through agent /other intermediaries as well as Online directly through website www.licindia.in

Guaranteed Additions at the rate of Rs. 50 per thousand Basic Sum Assured will be added to the policy at the end of each policy year.

On death during the policy term after the date of commencement of risk, “Sum Assured on Death” and Accrued Guaranteed Additions as per policy conditions is payable. On Life Assured surviving the stipulated Date of Maturity provided the policy is in-force, “Sum Assured on Maturity” along with Guaranteed Additions, shall be payable. The plan also provides an option to receive death/maturity benefits in instalments subject to certain conditions.

The Minimum Basic Sum Assured is Rs 1,00, 000/- with no upper limit. The Policy can be taken for term of 15 to 20 years with premium paying term calculated as Policy term minus 5 years. The minimum age at entry is 90 days completed and maximum age at entry is 60 yrs.

Chandigarh Feb. 22, 2021:- पंजाब सरकार की ईकाई पंजाब ऐनर्जी डिवलपमेंट ऐजेंसी (पेडा) ने भारत सरकार की ऊर्जा मंत्रालय की ईकाई ब्यूरो आफ ऐनर्जी ऐफिश्यिेंसी (बीईई) सहयोग से सोमवार को वैबिनार के माध्यम से स्थानीय चंडीगढ़ ग्रुप आफ कोलेजिस में एक दिवसीय लैक्चर सीरिज का आयोजित किया गया। यह प्रदेशव्यापी अभियान प्रदेश के लगभग सभी जिलों में आयोजित किया जा रहा है जिसको आयोजित करने का उद्देश्य प्रोफेशनल्स के साथ साथ युवाओं में भी ऊर्जा सरंक्षण के प्रति सजगता लाना है। इस अवसर पर पेडा के प्रोजेक्ट इंजीनियर मनी खन्ना गेस्ट आफ आनर के रुप में शामिल हुये।

Webinar on Peace Positivity and Prosperity during Pandemic organized by GCYEH

Chandigarh Feb. 20, 2021:- Govt. College of Yoga Education and Health organized an International Webinar on the theme ‘PPP during Pandemic’ i.e., Peace Positivity and Prosperity during Pandemic to address the various disruptions caused by the global pandemic in different areas of our lives.

The webinar was presided over by Manoj Parida Adviser to the Administrator, U.T. Administration and graced by an eminent world-renowned spiritual teacher and inspirational speaker Sister BK Shivani.

The esteemed guests were welcomed by Dr. Sapna Nanda, Principal of the College who shared the achievements and accomplishments of the worthy guests. In her address she quoted “to live in harmony with oneself and the environment is the need of the hour when human beings are facing physical and mental distress”.

The Chief Guest of the prodigious event Manoj Parida released the Handbook of Information on Integrated Approach to Holistic Health comprising scholarly articles on ways to lead a meaningful life. In his presidential address he congratulated the college for taking up this initiative and organizing the webinar that focuses on dealing with the uncertainties and imbalance caused by the pandemic.

He quoted “Inner Peace and happiness during pandemic can be achieved through a shift in our perspective and viewing the present moment as an opportunity to move into future of possibilities. He further suggested imbibing yoga in one’s life for the necessary transformation in oneself.

Sister BK Shivani in her talk said that the vibrations around the world have turned negative with the outbreak of COVID-19 and we need to go back to the actual normal that comprises calm and stability. To achieve this goal Yoga has to be seen in totality focusing attention on our thought process as it is connected to our mental and physical health. She spoke about the four types of effects that our Resolutions and thinking have on our mental health, Physical health, Relationships and Nature and suggested that Raja Yoga is a way to transcend on the path of leading a high vibration lifestyle. She concluded her talk by giving a practical experience of visualization. This was followed by a Question Answer session related to the theme of the webinar.

Thereafter Sister BK Anita, In-charge of Brahma Kumari Meditation Training Centre, Sec-15 shared valuable information about the various activities of the centre and informed the audience about the 7-day Meditation course commencing from 21^st February from 6:00 P.M. to 07:00 P.M.

It is the preferred surgical method of treatment for physically active, young or middle aged patients who do not have very severe knee arthritis.

The technique could be boon for younger and middle aged patients suffering from knee pain, as they can lead a much longer physically active life with 'resurfacing', as the whole knee is not replaced like it is done in a traditional knee surgery.

Impressive Solo Tabla Recital by Young Tabla Exponent Suraj Nirwan

Chandigarh Feb. 20, 2021:- A special program was organized by the Pracheen Kala Kendra at its  ML Koser Indoor Auditorium here today featuring   Young and talented Tabla player Suraj Nirwan.  The programme was also telecasted live on social media platforms of Kendra like youtube, facebook and twitter from the stage.

Suraj Nirwan is the eldest son and also disciple of Late Pt. Subhash Nirwan. Inherited the art of tabla playing through his musically enriched family and gave his first performance at the tender age of 4 years in one of the most prestigious stages for Indian classical musicians. .

Beginning with traditional starting point Peshkar, Suraj gradually unfolded crisp kaidas with rhythmic variations almost all the different idioms vilambit, Madhya and drut of Tabla playing within the frame of the 16-beat cycle of the taal. Young percussionist displayed famous Delhi Gharana kaidas relas , layakaries etc with superb clarity. He also presented some self composed compositions.  He concluded his recital with traditional and famous bandishes of   his Gurus and Gharana.   He was ably accompanied by Rajesh Kumar on Sarangi.

Guru Shobha Koser , Kathak Guru & Registrar Pracheen Kala Kendra along with Secretary Sajal Koser honored the artists.

Chandigarh Feb. 17, 2021:- चुन्नी कलां, फतेहगढ़ निवासी 40 साल की जसविंदर कौर ने एक के बाद एक चार बार लगातार गर्भपात और एक हार्ट वेसल स्टेंटिंग के बावजूद फोर्टिस हॉस्पिटल, मोहाली में सफलतापूर्वक एक बच्ची को जन्म दिया है। 

डॉ.स्वप्ना मिसरा, डायरेक्टर, ऑबस्टे्रटिक्स एंड गाइनोकॉलोजिस्ट, फोर्टिस हॉस्पिटल, मोहाली ने इस मौके पर कहा कि यह कई ऐसे मामलों में से एक है जिसे हम फोर्टिस हॉस्पिटल, मोहाली में नियमित रूप से देखते हैं। बच्चे को जन्म देने जा रही माताओं को यह समझने की आवश्यकता है कि गर्भावस्था के दौरान उनको  बहुत सी जटिलताओं का सामना करना पड़ सकता है और इस तरह के अत्याधुनिक बेसिक इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर के साथ एक मल्टीस्पेशलिटी सेंटर होना, एक सफल प्रसव के लिए महत्वपूर्ण है। फोर्टिस हॉस्पिटल, मोहाली, जन्म देने जा रही मां के आहार-विहार पर बारीकी से नजर रखता है। इसके साथ ही किसी भी प्रकार की सर्जीकल प्रक्रियाओं को अपनाने से पहले उनके खानपान के तरीके और अन्य कई पहलुओं को भी ध्यान में रखा जाता है।

डॉ.स्वप्ना मिसरा ने आगे कहा कि एक मरीज को न केवल प्रसव और प्रसव में क्लिीनिकल केयर बल्कि व्यक्तिगत देखभाल भी देखनी चाहिए। बच्चे को जन्म देने जा रही माताओं के लिए जो उच्च रक्तचाप, मधुमेह, कई अन्य समस्याओं, समय से पूर्व प्रसवदर्द या अन्य स्वास्थ्य परिस्थितियां हैं जो गर्भधारण को और अधिक मेडिकल तौर पर प्रबंधित करती हैं, को एक मल्टीस्पेशलिटी अस्पताल में ही बच्चे को जन्म देना चाहिए। यदि गर्भावस्था अच्छी तरह से नियोजित है और रोगी को समय पर लाया जाता है, तो उन्हें किसी भी मुश्किल हालात से गुजरने की आवश्यकता नहीं है और वे सफलतापूर्वक एक स्वस्थ बच्चे को जन्म दे सकती हैं।

उन्होंने भरोसा दिया कि आगे भी ऐसे प्रसवों में बेहतरीन सफलता दर को बनाए रखा जाएगा और उन्होंने कहा कि ऐसे मामलों में बेहतरीन हेल्थकेयर एक्सीलेंस महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाती है। डॉ.स्वप्ना मिसरा ने कहा कि श्रीमती जसविंदर कौर एक बेहद उच्च जोखिम वाली मरीज थी। किसी भी सर्जरी से उनको और उनके बच्चे को काफी अधिक जोखिम हो सकता था। वे पहले से ही 40 साल की हो चुकी थीं और यह देखते हुए कि 30 वर्ष की आयु तक, प्रजनन क्षमता (गर्भवती होने की क्षमता) में कमी आना शुरू हो जाती है। यह गिरावट 30 के मध्य में एक बार और तेज हो जाती है। 45 तक, प्रजनन क्षमता में इतनी गिरावट आ जाती है कि स्वाभाविक रूप से गर्भवती होना ज्यादातर महिलाओं के लिए संभव नहीं रह जाता है।

डॉ.स्वप्ना मिसरा ने कहा कि 2014 में उन्हें पहले से ही दिल का दौरा पड़ चुका था, जिसके लिए उन्हें हार्ट स्टेंटिंग / एंजियोप्लास्टी हुई थी। इसके अलावा वे मधुमेह, उच्च रक्तचाप (हाई ब्लडप्रेशर), अस्थमा, मोटापे से भी पीड़ित हैं और दिल की बीमारियों का पारिवारिक इतिहास रहा है, जिसमें उनकी मां की हार्ट अटैक के कारण मृत्यु हो गई थी और उनके पिता भी दिल के रोग से पीड़ित हैं।

मीडिया से बात करते हुए, मरीज जसविंदर ने कहा कि 2007 में, मैंने अपने पहले बच्चे को गर्भावस्था के 8 वें महीने में उच्च रक्तचाप के कारण खो दिया था और उसके बाद, 2009 और 2010 में मुझे लगातार 2 बार गर्भपात हुआ था। उस समय मैं अपनी जिंदगी में काफी निराश हो गई थी। बाद में, 2014 में, मुझे दिल की धमनियों में ब्लॉकेज का पता चला, जिसके कारण दिल के दौरे के लक्षण भी सामने आए। उस समय फोर्टिस हॉस्पिटल, मोहाली में ही मेरी हार्ट वेसल स्टेंटिंग सर्जरी भी हुई, जो कि पूरी तरह से सफल रही।

उन्होंने बताया कि जिंदगी के उस मोड़ पर, मैंने फिर से अपने गृहनगर में गर्भावस्था की योजना बनाई लेकिन उच्च रक्तचाप के कारण गर्भावस्था के 8वें महीने में फिर से अपने बच्चे को खो दिया। एक बार फिर से हमने माता-पिता होने की सारी उम्मीदें खो दी थीं। तब किसी ने हमें फोर्टिस हॉस्पिटल, मोहाली में डॉ. स्वप्ना मिसरा के बारे में बताया और उनसे मिलने की सलाह दी। हमने उनका समय लिया और फोर्टिस में उनसे मुलाकात की। मैंने अपनी सारी समस्याएं और अपनी स्थिति उनको बताई और ये भी बताया कि मुझे अपने एक बच्चे की इच्छा है और उसे मैंने किसी भी तरह से पूरा करना है। उन्होंने मेरे को समझाया कि मेरा और बच्चे का जीवन खतरे में होगा लेकिन हां हम सख्त और नियमित मेडिकल देखरेख के तहत एक मौका ले सकते हैं और अंत में मैंने गर्भधारण कर सफलतापूर्वक अपने बेटी को जन्म दिया।
