Sarpanch Bhupinder Singh Joins Congress

Chandigarh 04th January:- The joining of Akali workers into Congress party continued with former Sarpanch , Bhupinder Singh along with his dozen of colleagues, joined Congress today. They were inducted into party by Balbir Sidhu the Congress candidate from Mohali assembly seat during a meeting at a nearby village Manak Majra.
 It may be mentioned here that around one and half dozen families of Mote Majra village in this district left Akali Dal to join Congress on Monday.
Speaking during occasion, Balbir Sidhu said that Akali workers are very upset in state due to Akali leadership preference to promote its own kith and kin. These workers have now no hope from government thus they are joining Congress on a large scale while showing their faith in Capt Amarinder Singh policies.
He warned people to aware of AAP party baseless campaign. These people will not show their faces after poll whereas he is working among them since the past 20 years.
He said that after coming to power, Congress will enhance old pension to Rs. 2000. Each youth of from every house of state will get unemployment allowance till he get govt. job.
Meanwhile in meeting the villagers who thronged in large numbers in the meeting, apprised Balbir Sidhu of their problems. Responding to it, Balbir Sidhu said that after forming Congress government, all problems of village will be treated on priority basis.
