Administration has launched e-Awas Project recently with the approval of H.E.
the Administrator, U.T., Chandigarh to make transparency in the system for
allotment of Govt. houses. The entire system of allotment of Govt. houses has
been made online and allotment of houses is being made to the applicants according
to their online choices through bidding System. To get the details of all Govt.
accommodations, a survey has been conducted by Chandigarh Administration during
May 2017, through the N.S.S. /N.C.C. Volunteers for getting the information
from the allottee with regard to the Adhar Card, e-mail address, date of birth,
present designation and present place of posting etc.
