Panchkula 25th July:- A group of 20 students of Class VII of DAV School Sector 8, Panchkulaled by Harjeet
visited the market of Sector-8, Panchkula and interacted with the shopkeepers.
They urged the shopkeepers to shun the use of polybags as they being
non-biodegradable are very harmful to environment. The students also offered
them self made paper bags. Their message was very well received by the
shopkeepers. This activity was an initiative of the school as its persistent
endeavour to promote eco sensitivity among the students.
