Chandigarh 28th November:- Motia Group-a Punjab based real
estate developer announced the launch of its commercial project- Motia
Guildford square today at Chandigarh Press Club. The commercial project spreads
over an area of 3.75 acres at Airport road in Zirakpur and will offer spaces of
sizes 1440 sq. ft and 230 sq. ft., double height showrooms on the ground floor
which stand tall at 23.5 feet height and rooftop dining.
The group is likely to invest Rs
225 crore in the project lending the most attractive buying and leasing offers.
