23rd August:- Aman Verma,
known for his versatility for playing every role to perfection, has yet again
floored his fans with his superlative performance as a South Indian don Shekharan Shetty aka Anna in
Zee TV’s popular weekend show ‘Ek Maa Jo Laakhon Ke Liye Bani Amma’. The
actor will soon exit the show with his track coming to an end. As he filmed his
last episode recently, Aman was teary-eyed while giving his final shot on the
sets.
Aman
Verma said that he is privileged to have worked in a show like
Amma. It was a concept that hadn’t been explored on Indian television. Special
thanks to the producers and Zee TV for having offered audiences something
unique. Playing Shekharan Shetty was certainly challenging for him, but at the
same time, it’s been a very creatively satisfying experience. To do complete
justice to his role and capture its essence perfectly, the creative team and he
did our homework well. He said that from learning a new Telugu word every day
to picking up the diction from South Indians around him, he enjoyed every bit
of it. He was ecstatic with the response he received from his fans, friends,
colleagues & family. And now, he can proudly say, that choosing Amma was
one of the best decisions of my career. He is walking away with several fond
memories to choose from. The last day of his shoot was an emotional moment for
him. We celebrated by cutting a cake on the set after the shoot. He is going to
miss everyone; his production team, co-artists, technicians, spot boys and he
want to thank each one of them for making us look so good on screen. The
upcoming tack will bring interesting twists and turns in the plot and Amma’s
journey and will surely keep viewers entertained.
