Christmas and New Year Celebrations at National Institute of Nursing Education

Chandigarh 21st December:-National institute of Nursing Education, PGI celebrated Christmas and New Year Celebrations. Carols were sung. Choreography and musical skit on the theme of Christ birth were staged by the students.
Dr. Sandhya Ghai, Principal NINE during her address to the students wished them Merry Christmas and New Year with good health and luck in the year ahead. She also asked the students to respect all religions as GOD is one and the same message of love is given by all religions. She further urged the students to serve humanity without discrimination.  Christmas message was delivered by Prof. Joseph Mathews, Deptt of Paediatric Medicine. He emphasized that everyday should be a day of celebrations and in this fast moving world it is very important to stay connected with God and spare at least 1minute of silence and remember God. Everybody danced with the Santa on the tune of Jingle bells.
