15th December:- State Bank of India, the largest Home Loan provider in the
country, today opened ‘Home Loan Centre’ at
SBI Branch, VIP Road Zirakpur.
The Home Loan Centre, inaugurated by Sanjay Kumar, General Manager, SBI Local
Head Office, Chandigarh in the presence of
Anil Grover, Regional Manager, RBO Chandigarh and other Bank officials.
The centre will
cater to the housing loan requirement of customers in and around Zirakpur and
Dera Bassi. This will help the
customers in processing their Home Loan applications in a faster way as they
will be helped by the Home Loan experts at the centre. The focus is to provide better
customer service to the residents of the area and also to extend the benefit of
the Bank’s lower interest rate on Home Loans at the doorstep of the customer.
SBI is offering Home Loans at 9.10% for women & 9.15% for
others upto Rs.75 lacs, which is the lowest rate in the last 6 years. It also
provides an excellent opportunity for customers of other Banks to switchover
their Home Loans to SBI and to curtail their EMI burden, thereby substantially
saving on their interest outgo. The offer also provides additional benefits
viz. 100% waiver in processing fees, flexibility of availing loan as an
Overdraft and also Top-Up Loans to meet personal expenditure. Customers can
