Ashok Tanwar Launches Month Long Membership Drives of NSUI

Chandigarh 22nd February:- Dr Ashok Tanwar, President Haryana Pradesh Congress Committee launched the month long membership drives of NSUI in Haryana. The drive will conclude on March 23, 2017.
Launching the drive here today in the presence of Mukesh Bhakar Incharge, NSUI Haryana, Rajiv Singla, Incharge NSUI Election Haryana other central office bearers and NSUI Haryana Leaders. Dr Ashok Tanwar exhorted to enroll maximum numbers in Haryana and for this reach out to all the higher education institutes in Haryana. He said the PCC will extend all the cooperation required for enrolment of NSUI members. He said that NSUI is breeding nursery for future leadership. Late Shri Rajiv Gandhi had visualized the importance of NSUI and stressed the importance of this organization.
 Mukesh Bhakar and Rajiv Singla explained in detail the requirements of the membership for the NSUI. Every student to enroll himself as a member of NSUI will have to provide I.D, proof of his date of birth and residence. Only the students born on after December 31, 1989 will be eligible to for enrollment. The membership can be enrolled online or offline. For online there will be no fee but for offline rupees one hundred required for eleven members. These eleven members should be from same institute and out of this one member will be active. 
They said for enrolment drive Haryana have been divided in five Zones e.g.  Kurukshetra, Hisar, Faridabad, Rohtak and Mohindergarh.  For district level 15 members for State level 21 members and for national 4 members will be elected. For separate elections purposes five hundred members are required for each districts otherwise with less numbers the district will be combined to the other district.
