Dr. Jeevan will help users know their health quotient, educate them on India’s top two critical illnesses -Cancer and Heart, with interactive videos and provide personalized quotation for PNB MetLife Mera Heart and Cancer Care within the Facebook platform itself. One can interact with Dr. Jeevan by visiting PNB MetLife’s Facebook page and benefit from this service, available 24 x 7.

overwhelmed with the information available online. This chatbot solution is in
line with our Customer Centricity philosophy of providing simplified and interactive
information to our customers and prospects. This will also allow us to leverage
our Facebook fan base of approx. 8 lacs and at the same time engage with the
audience who wish to consume information on social platforms itself. Dr. Jeevan
will converse with users to simplify information on Heart and Cancer, which
constitutes approximately 70% of total critical illnesses in India.
PNB MetLife has always been at the
forefront of introducing innovative technology solutions in the insurance
sector space having introduced two key innovations recently conVRse, a
first-of-its-kind Virtual Reality (VR) based customer service platform which
was built in partnership with LumenLab, MetLife’s innovation center in
Singapore. The second is a secure digital hub called PNB MetLife Infinity that
allows users to create a digital legacy by enabling them to securely share
important documents, images, videos and memories with their nominees in case
something were to happen to them. Infinity solution was adjudged the winner of Finnoviti
award for innovation in BFSI sector in 2017.
