Cordia Group of Educational Institutes Announces Scholarships Worth Rs. 1 Crore

Chandigarh 01st August:- Lord Diljit Rana, Founder & Chairman of the Cordia Group of Educational Institutes, Sanghol, District FatehGarh Sahib accompanied by Executive Director Urmil Verma and Retd Air Commadore R Z Qureshi VSM  announced Scholarships worth Rs 1 Crore for the meritorious and deserving students of different courses of its institutes for the Session 2018-19.The scheme provides financial support to the deserving students to complete the opted degree course.
While interacting with media Lord Diljit Rana said that these scholarships will be paid as a contribution towards tuition fees for full time courses and would be paid directly to the Institution.  The total number of such scholarships would be 200 for the current session. Applications for this Scholarship are invited online from 1st August to 12th August, 2018. The details of the scheme are available on the web site www.cordia.edu.in. It is pertinent to note that Lord Rana, a renowned educationist and philanthropist, has earned titles of honor and prestige bestowed by national and international institutions for his notable social welfare and educational projects. 
                                                
He shared further that The Cordia Education Campus invests in the future of prospective students by enabling the bright minded and talented students to receive top quality education. These Scholarships are available for students studying in Business, Agriculture, Hotel Management, Information Technology as well as other degree courses. Students of Full time courses (Under Graduate or Post Graduate) only are eligible to avail of this scheme. Forms for scholarships duly filled and complete in all respects must be submitted before the last date .Partially filled forms will not be considered.
Further, the recipients of the scholarship will be continuously evaluated during their term by their respective mentors and are required to exhibit an academic progression in their studies to hold the award. These Scholarships are available to Indian nationals only. The right to offer the scholarship lies with the management. Advantage would go to the old students of the Cordia Group of Institutes. The decision of the Scholarship Award Committee would be final.
