Deputy Commissioner Mohali Reviewed the Works of Suvidha Centre

Chandigarh 19^th September:- In view of strike by employees of Suvidha Centres, to ensure timely resolution of services for the requests received earlier, Deputy Commissioner D.S. Mangat has ensured alternate arrangements. The requests received earlier were dealt on priority. D.S. Mangat also reviewed the works being carried out for timely resolutions of requests received. During this Assistant Commissioner (Grievances) Nayan Bhullar was also present.Deputy Commissioner said that the services being provided earlier in the district through Suvidha Centres are now being provided through Sewa Kendras   established in urban areas. He appealed to the public to approach at their nearby urban Sewa Kendras for availing the citizen services and for timely resolution of their grievances. He said that there were 62 kinds of services being provided earlier through Sewa Kendras, which now has been increased with 15 new services, which includes services relating to Backward class, Kandi Area, Neem Pahadi Area, Handicap, Character, Bet Area, Autonomy, Nominee, scion certificate, Permission for Fair, Exhibition, Petrol Pump, NOC, Water Supply, Sewerage Connection, Bus Pass, Shagun Scheme and services regarding attestation of statement etc.Sh. Mangat said that there are 31 Seva Kendras in the Urban Area which are 5 are in Sub Division Mohali, 16 at Sub Division Dera Bassi, 10 at Sub division Kharar. He added that in Mohali sub Division these are situated in urban area Phase 3, 5 & 11 and at Banur in Ward No. 11 & 7. Meanwhile in Dera Bassi these Sewa Kendras are established in urban area of Saidpur, Tehsil Road Dera Bassi, Panchayat Ghar Issapur, Old Panchayat Ghar Devi Nagar, Aanganwari Centre dappar Colony, Dharamshala Dappar, Dharamshala Premnagar (Lalru) Chaundheri, Lalru Mandi, Vilage Lalru, Lehli, Jalalpur, Mirpur, Pir Muchalla, Lohgarh Sports complex. Similarly at Sub Division Kharar, Sewa Kendras are established at urban area Chaajo Majra, Naya Gaon Ward 12, Community Centre Kansal, Near Civil Hospital Kurali, Market Committee Kurali, Khunni Majra College Road, Sante Majra Colony, Jandpur, Naya Shehar Badala and at Fatehulpura. Public can easily approach to any of the above said nearby sewa kendera for availing citizen services.
